Cozy house with proximity to both salty baths and the Svartedalen nature conservation area! Welcome to an idyllic summer oasis at the end of a quiet residential area, where the arable land opens up the landscape and the garden offers total privacy. Here you are surrounded by greenery and can enjoy several charming "rooms" created by plants - a place for both peace and community. Rock away the stress in the hammock or gather around the evening fire for conversation under the stars. The house is modern and welcoming. In the entrance you are greeted by a toilet with a sink and wc and a practical laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Furthermore, you step into a bright and spacious open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with a well-sized kitchen island, dining room table and a cozy sofa group. Large windows fill the room with magical light, creating a perfect gathering place for the whole party. Here, some can cook, others can enjoy a book in the armchair or play games around the table. A connecting room with sofa bed and TV can be closed off with glass doors - equipped with roller blinds for blackout. From the living room you reach both a balcony and a glazed conservatory, perfect for long dinners regardless of the weather. After the kitchen, the living area awaits, here there is a larger bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. Two bedrooms – one with a smaller double bed (140 cm) and desk, and a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). A third room is used as an office, but can easily be supplemented with a folding bed for an extra sleeping place. For those of you with a sea habit, there are kayaks with life jackets and a transport trailer to borrow - take a trip on the water and enjoy the freedom! The scenic bathing spot Norums Holme is within easy walking distance (1.5 km), and the Svartedalen nature reserve with its lakes and hiking trails is only 17 minutes away by car. Explore more bathing spots in Stenungsund or take a day trip to nearby Tjörn and Orust. Stenungstorg (6km) has everything you need in terms of shopping and restaurant life. For a big city pulse, you easily take the train and arrive in Gothenburg in about 40 minutes. We visited the holiday home with our two 15-year-old children and felt very comfortable there. It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The amenities left nothing to be desired. The location in a residential area a bit outside the city is nice and quiet. By car, you can quickly reach the supermarket and explore the many attractions in the area. We can only recommend this holiday home. Recommendations: We recommend trips to Gothenburg and the island of Tjörn, especially Skärhamn with a beautiful bathing spot and the harbor, and the café in Sundsby sätery. By ferry, you can reach the archipelago islands, where you can hike over the cliffs and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Exactly what we were looking for! The house was cozy and clean, with plenty of space for our group. The streaming services were a nice addition to relax after a day of exploring.

We found this place very family-friendly. The children enjoyed playing in the garden, and it was convenient to have a separate bathroom. Moreover, it is just a short drive to the beautiful Bohusläns Museum.
