Well-appointed and charming holiday home located in scenic surroundings. The house has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. In addition, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious and bright kitchen with plenty of space for cosy gatherings. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, sofa arrangement and Smart TV with Chromecast, making it easy to stream and enjoy cosy evenings. The house is energy-efficiently heated with an air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has terraces on both sides, so you can always find shelter and enjoy the sun. In the immediate area there are several eateries, a campsite with a water park, and roadside stalls with seasonal fresh strawberries, potatoes, fruit and vegetables. You can also buy firewood for the stove all year round. Please note that the house is not available for youth groups or craft groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house is located on a small elevation. Terrace almost all around, but when wet, please be careful as one could slip. Forest a bit down with woodpecker and co. The house has been renovated from the inside. Kitchen counter really large, but unfortunately, one cannot sit at the counter. Kitchen table somewhat outdated, the chairs are almost all okay except for one that is falling apart. Cutlery, pots, coffee machine, kettle sufficient. Bed with blinds, which are also necessary; otherwise, you would be blinded by the passing cars. Wooden floor is okay. Bathroom is small but sufficient. Shower rod could be replaced; it leaks somewhere. Leather sofa, three-seater as you know, wobbles a bit; could be replaced. Outdoor seating is more than enough, fireplace is really nice. Overall, the house is worth recommending.
