All rooms of this large detached villa are on one level and offer sufficient space to accommodate a maximum of 9 people. This holiday villa is very suitable for large families or 2 families with children. On a living area of approx. 150 sqm, the rooms are divided as follows: A friendly designed living / dining room with fireplace and exit to the terrace and garden area with barbecue - 1 fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher - 2 bedrooms with marriage beds - 2 bedrooms with double beds, which can also be combined into marriage beds - 1 bedroom with single bed - 2 bathrooms with shower / WC / bidet - very nice large covered and furnished terrace with romantic sea view. Further terraces are located outside. Fantastic own private POOL with sea view. The holiday villa does not need air conditioning, as the rooms are sufficiently cooled on hot days due to the strong brickwork. Distance to the crystal-clear sea and white sandy beach of "Pinus Village" only approx. m and to the extensive white sandy beach of "Cala-Marina" approx. m. Shopping and service options, bars and restaurants are available at a distance of approx. m. Sports facilities (water sports - golf - tennis - horse riding) are offered throughout the area. Additional dreamy beaches nearby, such as "CHIA" only about 3 km or "TUERREDDA" about 5 km.

Beautiful family holiday in SARDINIA and in the holiday villa "BELLAVISTA"
We have returned to Germany safe and sound and full of wonderful travel memories and would like to thank you very much for your information and the great organisation of your agency. Everything went smoothly, even in these difficult travel times
The villa "BELLAVISTA" is a wonderful house in a very beautiful setting and there is nothing to complain about. The owner Signor Piras is a very friendly and always helpful host. We recommend this holiday villa without reservation. We would book the villa again at any time.
The neighbouring villages and the wonderful white sandy beaches, but also CAGLIARI are worth a trip. Our tip is the market hall "San Benedetto" (as early as possible), then the selection of fish is still large - and in the evening there is a barbecue on the terrace ...:)

Pure relaxation in South Sardinia
We were on SARDINIA for the first time with two family friends and did not know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The friendly welcome by the owner "Beppe" immediately put us in the holiday mood. The holiday villa "Bellavista" with its fantastic hillside location with sea view and the private pool that goes with it simply thrilled us and gave us a relaxing holiday that we will not soon forget. The wonderful white sandy beaches in the vicinity can also be reached quickly by car. You should definitely get to know the entire region - one beach is more beautiful than the other. Especially CHIA with its white sand dunes appealed to us and we went there often. We enjoyed our stay in the villa so much that we will definitely come back again.
