Our new "Casa Crema" offers the advantage of being in close proximity to Genoa's historic old town, but also the comfort of the quiet Carignano district, with all the shops for daily needs. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator) and offers a beautiful view of the harbor and the sea as well as the Basilica. The newly renovated apartment features a full kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, and a bathroom. The apartment accommodates 6 people (max. four adults and two children). There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. The sleeping arrangement for children is the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed and is also very comfortable. The bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The kitchen has been newly installed and is one of the highlights of the apartment. There is also a small counter where, for instance, coffee from the Nespresso machine can be enjoyed. The balcony offers a beautiful view and space for two to three people.
One can watch the ships setting out from there. The apartment's surfaces are made of marble; it was completely renovated and newly equipped in 2024.
An elevator offers additional convenience, allowing easy access to the 5th floor.
The metro is about 500m away, Brignole station 1.5km, and Genoa's airport can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
