Lovingly renovated farmhouse in a quiet and sunny secluded location at the edge of the forest on the border between Alsace and the Vosges, with a wonderful view of the meadows, forests, and down into the valley to the town of Sainte-Marie-Aux-Mines (only a 5-minute drive down to the town).
Your accommodation consists of two apartments: Apartment La Foret: 4-6 people with terrace/garden, garden furniture, barbecue, and sunshade, and Apartment La Prairie: 6-8 people with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and sunshade. FEWO 4-6 people (90m2 living space): large living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom with tub and WC, 2 bedrooms (beds: each with 1 double bed 1.80x2.00), terrace and small garden with garden furniture and electric grill. In the living room, pull-out couch for 1-2 people.

Location and surroundings of object

The farm is located on the edge of the forest and is surrounded by grazing meadows (cows, goats, and horses). Directly from the farm, one can access various hiking trails. Situated in the middle of nature, it is ideal for biking and hiking right from the house... or in winter for snowshoeing and sledding; nearby opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. It is about 15 minutes on foot to St. Marie aux Mines with restaurants, a bakery, a pastry shop, cafes, a supermarket, etc. Here are some examples of activities:
