Kitchen with dining area (5 seats), gas stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 23:00 hours until 07:00 hours.
