In Formerum where holiday park Noorderlicht is located you find the Coffee Mill, the Shipwreck Museum, the Prairie, and of course the beach 2 km away. Bicycles are available for rent from us, so you can explore the entire island.

security deposit: 60 €
rental deposit: 50 % at time of booking
final payment: 6 weeks before arrival

Cancellation terms:

If desired, you can arrange your own cancellation insurance with your insurance company. This is advisable. Rental Conditions: * By accepting the conditions, the renter will pay an amount equal to 50% of the agreed rental sum. The remaining amount will be paid 6 weeks before arrival. * The landlord is obliged to deliver the rented house clean and in good condition to the renter. * The renter may not sublease or lend the rented property to third parties. * The renter may not have more people stay overnight than agreed upon in the contract. * The renter will use the rented property neatly and tidily, being liable for any damage to the property including the inventory. * The renter must leave the house and its inventory clean and tidy. * The renter must not cause nuisance to other guests, through loud music, noise, or offensive behavior. * The landlord is not liable for theft or damage to possessions. Termination: * The landlord is entitled to consider the contract dissolved if: a. At the start of the rental period, the full rental sum has not been paid. b. The renter leaves the rented property prematurely. c. The renter fails to occupy the rented property on the starting day without having informed in writing. d. The renter does not properly fulfill the obligations of this agreement. e. The renter occupies the property with more persons than agreed upon. Cancellation: * If a reservation for a house is cancelled by the client, the following amounts are due in addition to the invoiced reservation costs: a. If cancelled up to 42 days before the arrival day, 30% of the travel sum. b. If cancelled from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the travel sum. c. If cancelled from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the travel sum. d. If cancelled on the day of arrival, the full travel sum. In case of cancellation due to corona or another pandemic, the rental conditions mentioned above apply, also when rebooking.
