Come with up to six people and enjoy this quietly located holiday home in Park 't Hooge Holt. We are currently installing a new kitchen and completely refreshing the house.
Enjoy the fireplace, the bathtub, the partially fenced garden with lots of privacy, and the fishing pond. Children have also been considered. There is a play corner in the house, and the park offers a heated outdoor pool, playgrounds, and a petting zoo. Layout of the holiday home:
The holiday home is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms, each equipped with two single box spring beds. Upon entering through the front door, you arrive in the hallway. From here you can access the toilet, the living room, a bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a washbasin and a children's washbasin. The living room is cozily furnished with a comfortable seating area, a television, an open fireplace and free WiFi. Through the patio doors you enter the terrace in the garden.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a combination microwave oven, coffee makers, a kettle, sufficient crockery and cutlery, and a dishwasher.
There is also a dining area in the kitchen/living room. In the living room there is a staircase that leads to two other bedrooms on the upper floor.
The house is rented with a set of towels per person and bed linen.
The beds are provided with two single duvets. Next to the front door there is an extra door to the storage room. Here you will find a washing machine and a dryer.
After collecting the key at the reception, you can drive into the park by car and park directly in front of the house. For more information you can contact us by phone or email.

The holiday park is located in Gramsbergen, Hardenberg municipality, near the German border.
There are two heated outdoor pools, one of which is covered, a fishing pond, a petting zoo, playgrounds, bowling alleys, an escape room, a jumping pillow, and an arcade.
The holiday park in Gramsbergen is a green, cozy, and hospitable family park, which, thanks to the location of house 119, is also a wonderful place for those seeking peace. Enjoy in Overijssel
In Gramsbergen there is a brewery, but also amusement parks like Slagharen and Plopsa, as well as zoos such as the Tierpark Nordhorn (Germany) and Wildlands are not far away.
A day trip to Germany is also not far and especially recommended during the Christmas market season.

Lovely cottage with a brand new kitchen
Had a wonderful long weekend in the cottage. Nice to park right at the door. Then a lovely accommodation, well-maintained and, for example, a functional brand new kitchen. Beautiful surroundings, charming villages, great hiking and many cycling routes. We will definitely come back. Recommended!

Cozy, fresh, and cheerful
Upon arriving at the Touch of Yellow cottage, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The location of the cottage is on the edge of the park with partly wide views and partly a lovely garden. Inside, it has a fresh and cheerful appearance. The cozy colors of the walls and furniture make both the living room and the bedrooms snug and inviting. The cottage has great beds, which we find very important. The new bathroom and kitchen adorn the cottage. Everything has been thought of; we missed nothing. The arrival gift gives a welcoming feeling. A lot of attention has also been given to the children: little chairs, toys, and a real jungle bedroom. The garden is large, has a sunny location, but also trees for plenty of shade. There is a great garden set. The park offers a lot of fun for young and old, and the area has much to offer in terms of beautiful nature. A trip to Germany is easy to make, and the surrounding towns are nice to visit. Cozy little house, very good price/quality
For a last-minute weekend getaway with nice weather, we looked for a fun and affordable holiday cottage. And yes, we had a wonderful time here. Nice bathroom, luxury kitchen, cozy living room, everything fresh and clean. An arrival package from the owner immediately gave a welcoming feeling. The location, at the end of a dead-end street next to the forest, is very quiet, and every morning we saw squirrels and bunnies in the garden. There is plenty to do in the area. We made delightful and varied bike rides through meadows, forests, heathlands, sand drifts, and cozy places. Gramsbergen is also an example of this. The supermarket and the train station are close to the cottage, and every bike ride ended on the terrace of the local brewery. The park is also very suitable for children. Our grandchildren came to visit, and they had a great time at the petting zoo, the various outdoor playgrounds, and the indoor playground. Enough entertainment for all ages.
In short, a great weekend! We will definitely be back.

We are Marijn and Desi and we love going on vacation. We like going to the campground, but especially when it gets colder, it's nice to stay in a vacation home. For this reason, in 2024, we started looking for a beautiful house where we can stay with our kids. Because renting also appeals to us, we would like to share our vacation home. Celebrating vacation with friends and family can be wonderful in this unique house. Fine facilities and the beautiful surroundings will certainly contribute to a great time.
