The apartment was located in an excellent location in the secured holiday complex near the pool. The apartment was superficially clean and sparsely furnished. The walls and door frames urgently needed a coat of paint. In the hallway near the stairs, an unspecified bundle of cables was hanging out of the wall. The kitchen was functional, the extractor hood was rusty, and the few cabinets were cluttered with old kitchen appliances, making it impossible to store any supplies. The windows had no curtains. The storage room contained a torn heater, plastering tools (no cleaners), and old leaking dehumidifiers, somewhat unpleasant. The garden had a good location, but due to the artificial grass, defective and dirty loungers, broken umbrellas, and a broken, dirty grill, it was hardly usable in good weather. All defects were reported to the very friendly reception, but unfortunately, they were not fixed. The beds were numerous (for up to 9 people) and comfortable. The parking lot was mostly in the shade. The air conditioning only cooled the basement and unfortunately not the bedrooms. Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area; otherwise, there was hardly any reception. The holiday complex was very quiet, the pool clean and very well attended. Unfortunately, the artificial grass around the pool was very hot and there were no loungers or umbrellas.
