Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful Domaine La Yole holiday resort, which is just three kilometres from the centre of Valras Plage in France. The holiday village is located just five hundred metres from the Mediterranean Sea, which is a magical place for splashing around and swimming, or doing sports. The main attraction of the holiday village is certainly the large, fantastic pool area and the farm belonging to the holiday village with animals to feed and stroke. There is a lagoon, a river and great slides for the children, which are heated in the low season. There are also several pools and a whirlpool for adults. The multilingual entertainment team organises courses, tournaments and games for guests of all ages every day. In the evening, you will be entertained with performances, musical moments and events that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory. The resort has restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlour, bar with TV, wine tasting room, games room, farm with animals, great playgrounds in the water as well as on land, adventure rope park, a wide variety of sports and a shallow sandy beach. Wifi is available in the holiday complex. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers as well as a car wash area are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright and comfortably furnished. The accommodation offers space for a maximum of 6 people. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom and two children's rooms, each with two single beds. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. An Italian espresso pot is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. The WC is separate in some mobile homes. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning is available. If required, a travel cot, bed linen or a high chair can be hired for a fee (please reserve when booking). An electric barbecue is available. A car park is included. Travelling time from franz. Border approx. 7h. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL & STAY PERIOD
In the period from 29.06-6.09.24 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday, the minimum stay is 7 nights. During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The gently sloping sandy beach is only 500m from the holiday complex and is easily accessible via a side road. There are many water sports facilities available to guests. The beach is the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or enjoy one of the many sports activities on offer. The ideal sandy beach for holidays with small children, as it slopes gently and offers plenty of space to play.
POOL
The pool area is simply stunning. There is a lagoon for the children and a river where they can float around. There are also great water slides to keep the children completely entertained. A large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols is available for relaxation. The children's pool, the slides and the river are heated in low season. In addition to the pools, there is also a whirlpool for adult guests, which ensures total relaxation.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Throughout the season, a group of experienced, multilingual entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Whether it's football, table tennis, volleyball, basketball or boccia, you'll never be bored. There is also entertainment for children. Your children will have the opportunity to take part as protagonists in evening performances. Every evening, the entertainment team and guests offer you the best entertainment. If you want to do some sport, there is plenty of choice: Basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, boccia, archery, fencing or tennis. There is a farm with farm animals right next to the complex, which the children can visit. There is also an adventure rope park right next to the resort, which offers challenges for young and old.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: football, beach volleyball, basketball, fencing, archery or boccia are all available. Bicycle hire is also available. You can also play tennis for a fee. There is a games room with video games for children.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a wide range of everyday items. There is also a bakery, a bazaar and a newsagent.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The restaurants are happy to spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals. The holiday complex has an ice cream parlour as well as a bar with TV and a tasting room for good wine.
PETS
One pet up to a maximum of 35kg is welcome upon notification at the time of booking. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday resort is located around 1 ½ hours' drive from the Spanish border. The holiday village is quiet and semi-shaded, making it ideal for families with small children. The holiday complex includes a farm from which produce is sold. This holiday resort is the perfect place for relaxation and cultural experiences in a Mediterranean atmosphere.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The town of Béziers, around 20 minutes away, is situated on a small cliff above the River Orb. Crowned by a cathedral and dotted with countless staircases, Béziers is also the capital of the Languedoc vineyards. The cathedral of Saint-Nazaire in Béziers stands in the western part of medieval Béziers on a cliff overlooking the Orb plain. Due to its exposed position, it can be seen from afar, especially from the south, and is one of the city's landmarks for this reason alone. A twenty-minute drive will take you to the 7-hectare Europark in Vias Plage. A park for young and old with more than 80 attractions. It offers a huge indoor area, a real play paradise with trampolines. Outside, various rollercoasters and many other amusements await guests. Also twenty minutes away by car, dinosaur fans of all ages can get their money's worth at Dinoland in Adge.
