Once and..... again!
The house is located in a very quiet, beautiful residential area. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach the city, in Denia, by car. Shopping options, such as Consum and Lidl, are even quicker to reach. And of course, there are a few super nice restaurants nearby. The enclosed property has space for at least one car. Inside the house, everything is spotless, very tastefully furnished, and you feel completely at home from the first minute. Around the house, there are numerous spots for lounging, etc. The pool is always clean and is maintained by an almost invisible house spirit, as is the entire property. As already mentioned: Once and... again and again!
