Welcome to Apartment Villa Karena in Zeuthen, Brandenburg – your holiday home for up to 4 guests on a spacious 65 m² with two bedrooms and one bathroom. You can conveniently park your car in the private parking space. Air conditioning and comfortable underfloor heating ensure pleasant temperatures.
Our small pantry kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and dishes leaves nothing to be desired. After an eventful day, you can relax in the living room with TV, satellite reception, and radio. Free Wi-Fi is of course available to you.
For longer stays, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer offer additional comfort. Bed linen and towels are included, so you don’t have to worry about anything. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is also ideal for longer stays. Our "Adults Only" apartment is located on the 1st floor of the villa. It accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
However, it is not suitable for people with walking disabilities.
It is located on a quiet residential street. No traffic noise and a private parking space in front of the house.
Within walking distance (5 min.) you can reach the Zeuthen S-Bahn station with direct connections to Berlin.
The Zeuthener See (Dahme) is also 15 min. away. within walking distance with a pizza/ice cream and coffee pavilion directly on the water.
There is also a Greek restaurant with a terrace directly at the Zeuthen marina with a view of the lake, which can be reached on foot.
Several supermarkets, a sushi restaurant, and an Italian restaurant located at the Zeuthen bathing lake are easily accessible, even on foot.
The A-10 shopping center is also about 3 km away. You can reach BRB Airport by public transport or in 15-20 min. by car.
