Location and surroundings of object

Benitachell is a quiet place on the Spanish Costa Blanca with beautiful beaches.
The small Spanish village of Benitachell, with its approximately 6,000 inhabitants, is located in the coastal hinterlands. The surroundings of the beautiful village center are still characterized by extensive and typical agriculture. This includes, for example, viticulture and fruit plantations with oranges, lemons, almonds, or olives. Benitachell has a 2 km long varied coastal strip with a pebble beach, bays, caves, and the adjacent beautiful nature reserve of the town of Javea.
Right on this coastal strip is the settlement Cumbre del Sol (German: Summit of the Sun). The settlement is named this because it was built on a mountain. This location provides all residents and visitors of the place with a fantastic panoramic view of the surroundings. Since this year, there is the English private school Sta. Ma. Magdalena located there. There are also restaurants, a hairdresser, a hardware store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the neighboring cities of Javea, Moraira, Benissa, and Teulada. Thus, the two nearest golf courses in Javea (9-hole course) and Benissa (9-hole course) are quickly reachable.
The best way to get to Benitachell is via the AP7 / E15 highway or the N-332 national road. It is about 90 km to Alicante Airport, and 110 km to Valencia Airport.

Our beautiful vacation on the Costa Blanca

We had a dreamy vacation in the holiday home. The house offers everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking. The pool is also beautiful, and we enjoyed it a lot. The house has a room that can be used as a summer garden for lovely evenings with an amazing view. Both terraces have a sunshade, which is very practical. The nearest supermarket can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The beautiful beaches are also quickly accessible. In Moraira, there are many restaurants. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get there. Many thanks to the property manager Viola for the lovely care. We will definitely come back.
