In the event of cancellation, we may charge a flat-rate fee, which takes into account any expenses saved as well as the usual possibility of re-letting the holiday home. a) For cancellations up to 29 days before the start of the stay: 20% of the total price. b) For cancellations from the 28th to the 15th day before the start of the stay: 50% of the total price. c) For cancellations from the 14th day before the start of the stay: 80% of the total price. d) For cancellations on the day of arrival and in case of no-show: 90% of the total price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
