Welcome to Villa Fresnos, a charming holiday home in Benitachell that offers you all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in 100 square metres of living space. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all of which are stylishly and comfortably furnished.

The highlight of Villa Fresnos is undoubtedly the private swimming pool, which is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Here you can relax in the sun and enjoy the glorious weather.

Location and surroundings of object

Benitachell is a charming village on the Costa Blanca in Spain.
The small Spanish village of Benitachell, with its approx. 6,000 inhabitants, is located inland near the coast. The surroundings of the beautiful village centre are still characterised by extensive and typical local agriculture. This includes, for example, wine-growing and orchards with oranges, lemons, almonds and olives.
Benitachell has a 2 km long, varied coastline with a pebble beach, coves, grottos and the neighbouring beautiful nature reserve of the town of Javea.
The settlement of Cumbre del Sol (peak of the sun) is also located on this coastal strip. The settlement bears this name because it was built on a mountain. This location gives all residents and visitors to the village a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding area.
Since this year, the English public school Sta. Ma. Magdalena has been located there. There are also restaurants, a hairdresser, a DIY store, a pharmacy and a supermarket. The neighbouring towns of Javea, Moraira, Benissa and Teulada are about 10 minutes away. The two nearest golf courses in Javea (9-hole course) and Benissa (9-hole course) are also within easy reach.
The best way to get to Benitachell is via the AP7 / E15 motorway or the N-332 national road. 90 km to Alicante airport and 110 km to Valencia airport.
