Fiavè, 660 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on a farm, on an enclosed property bounded by a fence and a wall. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 1 car) in a carport. There is an electric car charging station in the town (6 km).

Central heating (oil). No air conditioning available: the house has 60 cm thick stone walls, therefore very cool. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via antenna. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency pull cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO detector and a fire extinguisher.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.

The flat is newly renovated and cool in summer. The friendliness, politeness and helpfulness of the landlord. The surroundings and nature are magical. Accessibility to Lake Garda.
