Villa Ana is located in the quarter of Katuri in the Istrian town of Labin. This modern villa with swimming pool can accommodate up to 12 people and is surrounded by a green garden of 4000 m². The villa's property is completely fenced, which guarantees maximum privacy, and the various trees in the garden provide plenty of natural shade. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The villa has 256 m² and 2 floors and consists of 2 connected houses with separate entrances. In the larger house you will find an open plan space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. The space is pleasant and bright and has access to an outdoor terrace with a covered lounge area. There are also 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the smaller house there is another fully equipped kitchen and a small dining room and living room. There are 3 more bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The house also has 3 bathrooms.

In addition to the modern and tastefully decorated interior, the villa is characterized by a spacious exterior that is perfect for enjoyment and relaxation. Relax on the sun loungers by the saltwater pool and soak up the warm summer sun to the sound of chirping birds. Or prepare a barbecue and enjoy a meal under the stars. Or take a walk through the beautiful countryside and enjoy the silence that surrounds you. Whichever activity you choose, you can't go wrong. Or better yet, don't choose at all, but do them all in order.

We saved the best for last - although Labin is a town in the interior of Istria, Rabac is only a few kilometers away, and in Rabac there is the sea. The coast is less than 20 minutes away by car, so be sure to take the opportunity to swim or walk along the sea.
