Beautiful spacious villa equipped with all comforts such as: WiFi, Smart TV with Chromecast, air conditioning in all bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, private pool, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The living room extends into a covered terrace (naja) that can be fully closed off with glass panels. The kitchen/living room is also equipped with air conditioning! The villa features a kidney-shaped private pool including an outdoor shower with hot water, a beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the house with various terraces to sit and enjoy the magnificent sea view, and the fantastic view over the green valley with orange trees and the mountains such as the Montgo. The area in front of the house is a green zone (no neighbors opposite).
The villa is situated in a rural and quiet location on a dead-end street in the Monte Solana villa district, close to Denia. At a short distance you will find the most beautiful beaches and Spanish villages and several golf courses. There is also a large indoor shopping center nearby.
For nature lovers who enjoy (mountain) hiking or cycling/mountain biking, this is a paradise.
There are more than 320 sunny days per year. Valencia and Alicante are also reachable within an hour's drive.
You will be welcomed by a Dutch-speaking management company (of course, they also speak English, Spanish, and German). They will contact you before you leave home to discuss your arrival in Spain. You will be welcomed by them and they will walk you through the house and answer all your questions. Should you have any questions or other matters afterwards, they are reachable by phone and will come by if necessary. At the end of your holiday they will collect the keys again.
A car is necessary to explore the area! For example, you can arrange this via the website of, among others, the ANWB. You do not need to be a member of the ANWB.

We do not rent to groups of young people.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and in the naja!
Pets are not allowed in the house!
Tour through the house:
Through a large sliding gate you reach the long driveway, which is slightly sloping, with space for several vehicles. At the end of the driveway you can walk into the garden or take the stairs which lead to the first floor where, next to a large storage room, the studio is also located. (If one does not rent this additionally, there is a €150 discount per rental period.)
The studio consists of a small living room with kitchenette (refrigerator with small freezer, electric hotplate if desired, and a sink with hot and cold water). The living room flows into the open bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there is ample closet space. Through a door in the living room one reaches the bathroom (washbasin, shower, and toilet). The bathroom has a window and electric heating. The living room has two windows equipped with shutters and screens.
If you go up the second staircase outside, you reach the top floor where there is the very spacious tiled terrace, the swimming pool, and a beautiful canopy. Here is also the entrance to the naja (covered terrace), which gives access to the living room of the villa. The naja can be fully closed with glass panels. In the hall there is a table surrounded by six chairs.
In the living room there are two sofas with a coffee table and a dining table with six chairs. In addition, there is a closed fireplace, a large smart TV and two cupboards. From the living room one enters the semi-open kitchen with sufficient storage space. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, a (separate) oven and a ceramic hob. From the kitchen, one has access to the utility room where there is a large refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine and dryer.
From the living room, one can walk towards the bedrooms with accompanying bathroom (the house is, as it were, built in a mirrored layout, so that one has optimal privacy). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a double bed (160 x 200) with bedside tables and closet space. Each bedroom has two windows with shutters and screens. The bathrooms have a double sink, toilet, a bath-shower combination, and electric heating.
The terrace (by the pool and around the house) is fully tiled. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In addition, a Spanish plate (Plancha griddle) on gas is available outside, on which food can be prepared. There is also a canopy for plenty of shade!
There are enough garden chairs and sunbeds to relax wonderfully. The plot (1000m2) is fully fenced and the garden features beautiful plants and trees.
The swimming pool is cleaned weekly.

Delightful vacation in beautiful house
We had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful location with a lot of privacy.
The house is situated in a quiet area with a lovely view of the orange fields, the mountains, and the sea. Great quality time with our family, and plenty of opportunities for trips to beaches and authentic Spanish towns.
We will definitely come back here.

Zeer compleet schoon huis, alle spullen aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht vanuit huis!

Dear reader(s), We have purchased a beautiful villa in our more than favorite region. What we have sought and found is a house that offers all peace and also has a panoramic view of the mountains and sea. A fantastic and sunny environment where everyone can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Due to our work, we unfortunately cannot enjoy this special place all year round.
