GITE IDEAL POUR MAX 24 PERSONNES à TABLE DANCE LA SALLE A MANGER ET ENCORE possibilité DANS LA CUISINE. 10 chambres space uses donnent la possibilité the loger au maximum 30 personnes. The house is very nice and it is very spacious. However, there is a serious problem with the water. We had 2 days to several bathrooms or water was not hot. As a result, not everyone can shower. The administrator knows of the problem but responded very casually. In addition, the manager came over an hour late to the final bill (and he was not available by phone). As a result, we were forced to wait before we could leave.

We have 14 people (including 8 children aged 4-10 years) had a great midweek in this beautifully situated and comfortable home. The beds were decent, there were more than enough showers and children have almost non-stop-tennis. The view is fantastic. Furthermore, there was plenty to do in the area. Ideal that the kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers and two ovens. The only downside we found the hot water supply. It took a long time for the water in the kitchen and bathrooms and showers were hot at the same time was not really possible. But in our opinion one of the better houses where we have been in the Ardennes.

This secluded spot in Sosoye was perfect for my solo trip. The playroom had table tennis, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Enjoyed the peaceful garden and found it easy to explore nearby towns and nature.

It is not the most modern residence, the toilets and showers can not be locked. Few cleaning items and attributes at your disposal for between cleaning. Little cooling and freezing capacity.

The house was "open" and the caretaker came after telephone contact to give an explanation. There was a lack of clarity about the deposit and that has been arranged. The house met all expectations and wishes / requirements. The view was fantastic - a sloping lawn with a little vague in the depth - a very quiet environment with few disturbing sounds and images. Disappointing: the accessibility for the elderly / there is no railing along the stairs / lack of support points for disabled people in the toilet and shower, but the entire group was wildly enthusiastic about the quality of the house and garden.

We had a pleasant stay with family in LA Barony. The house is nicely located and good for kids, they have to come. Room and play capability without close roads Beautiful walks. Privacy. The house is very noisy through the open space. In the kitchen dishwasher and stove must be serviced. For the rest all in good order.

Really a nice house. Lots of land and forest on their own property. Beautiful surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped. The electric hobs were well made. It took a long time for the water to boil. Living / dining room was nice. Separate chill room for the children. Playing table tennis was very nice. It is very noisy "evening and early morning from the living / dining room to part of the bedrooms through an open ceiling to the landing. Many bedrooms with alternating showers or baths. A few rooms had the shower / bath in the hallway. You can also barbecue outside on the picnic tables.

The house is large enough for a group of 30 people. But the dining room is decorated with heavy furniture, which makes it impossible for you to pass the tables easily. Bowling is ok. 2 dishwashers, plenty of hobs and large frigo's + deep freezers.The rooms are under the roof, leaving space in a lot of places. The bathrooms are ok but not super-luxurious.
