We had a very pleasant stay in this vacation home. It was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. The garden was great for the kids to play while we relaxed. A bit far from the lake to swim, but still a good day trip.

We recently stayed in this charming mill near Maredsous, and it was a great experience! The house is spacious and perfect for large family gatherings. Our children loved the playroom, and the fenced garden was ideal for our dog to run around freely. The location is fantastic, with beautiful forest walks just a short walk away. We also enjoyed some delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun family getaway!

We are doing friends reunions (35 people including kids) for years now and everyone thought that this was the best place so far. It's a really nice house for kids and loads of rooms. There is great stuff in the vicinity - the monastery, castle ruins, draisine - both for adults and kids :) We had a great time for two nights with the kids mainly playing outside on the large property and the adults enjoying the nice terrace and barbecue. The additional bonus was the possibility to stay until the afternoon on the day of leave. The landlords were super nice to us. When we wanted to leave, we had a car break down and we had to stay and wait for the service for several hours. They stayed the whole time with us, tried to restart the car with their jumper cable, and offered for us to stay another night in the house because of our small kids. Really super nice and warm people!

The mill has a special layout, but if you are used to it, it is still a nice place to be. Many spaces, many rooms and all with a great bathroom that is attached to it or that is close by. Showers are a bit odd, but there is power behind it. There are still blisters on the back) The garden is also a great place to be. There is a road along it, but it is certainly not busy. The big downside, however, was the deposit. First, the deposit turned out not to be enough to pay for the electricity, let alone garbage, bed linen, etc. So a deposit had to be obtained. Getting it back was also a hassle afterwards. Very awkward so and indeed a blemish on a great vacation!
