Looking for a luxury holiday villa for families or group of friends? This 12person villa with a Finnish sauna offers everything you need for a comfortable and successful holiday. Overlooking the garden and the mountains, it is a great place to stay in both summer and winter.

The villa has four bedrooms offering enough space for everyone and also has two bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a bath or shower. There is also a sauna for those who like it. Who wouldn't want to relax in a Finnish sauna after a day's work? Inside, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. With so many people, you don't have to worry about piles of dirty dishes, as there is a dishwasher that can clean this easily. There is also a spacious living room inside with a cosy fireplace and smart TV. Make a nice cup of coffee or tea and plop down on the comfortable sofas. Read a good book and enjoy your company. When the weather is nice, there is nothing better than enjoying the sun in the beautiful garden. From the terrace you have views of the surrounding area and the mountains. While the children are playing outside, you can enjoy a drink on the terrace while the barbecue is lit. Good to know is that there is also a garden shed where things can be stored. Think of the bikes you use to explore the area or store ski equipment.

The villa is located near Bělá pod Pradědem, in the stunning Jeseniky Mountains. The region is known for its authentic spa villages, beautiful nature, and opportunities for relaxation and adventure. But that's not all: at 30 km you can climb the highest mountain of Jeseniky Mountains, Praděd 1491 m, or visit the largest hydroelectric power station in the Czech Republic - Dlouhé Stráně. And as icing on the cake, less than 55 km away is the Sky Bridge of Dolni Morava, the world's longest suspension footbridge. The visit is more than worth it and an experience you will never forget.
And winter also has something to offer. A stone's throw away is a small-scale but popular and sought-after Ski Park Filipovice with a total length of slopes of 2.5 km. The ski park area offers visitors a chairlift, children's park, ski rental and service. It also offers the possibility of night skiing. For more demanding skiers, the popular Červenohorské sedlo ski area with an altitude of 1012 m is only 6 km away. It is possible to use car and bus transport. This area offers several slopes of varying difficulty. Červenohorské sedlo is also the starting point for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. There are regularly maintained running tracks.
