We invite you to come to us,
to a newly built cottage in a quiet part of the mountain village Dolni Morava, which is located in the area of the National Park Králický Sněžník, which lies on the boundary of Orlicke Mountains – Jeseniky – East Bohemia and it is the third highest mountain range in the Czech Republic! In our cottage, not only winter stays are popular. Dolní Morava (lying on the boundary of Orlické hory – Jeseníky, Východní Čechy-Morava) is cut out for an active rest: trips into the surroundings, castles, chateaus, hiking, cyclotourism, Bike park, military forts etc. Hiking and bicycle routes are well marked here. The surrounding woods are full of mushrooms, blueberries and other forest fruits. In summer there are several possibilities of bathing both in the close vicinity and in the more distant surroundings, the closest is the swimming pool in Králíky, in the neighbourhood also an aquapark with a water slide Žamberk, the reservoir Pastviny, the thermal swimming pool Velké Losiny. In Pastviny and on the rivers Moravia and Orlice there is also possibility of fishing and water sports. Ski center Sněžník, Snowpark Větrný Vrch and Skicenter Dolní Morava are only about 3-4 minutes away from the cottage by a free of charge skibus or by car. Mere 333 steps from the cottage there is a free skibus station, which takes you as far as below the ski slopes (with artificial snowing and lighting) – the black ski slope is the steepest ski slope in Czechia! There are fantastic tracks for cross-country skiers leading through a beautiful virgin nature in the surroundings of the cottage. Well and now all you have to do is to choose a date, book a rental of the cottage (email), arrive and have first-hand experience of all this. We hope that your holidays, recreation or just a stay for an extended weekend in our cottage will be one of those you will remember for a long time. In winter enjoy our winter mountains, snow, sun, in summer enjoy cycling or hiking and trips, but above all peace and rest:May you savour the stay in our cottage!

Location and surroundings of object
The ski resort Sneznik, Snowpark Vetrny Vrch are only 3-4 minutes by car (slopes with artificial snow and lighting) - black slope is the sharpest slope in the Czech Republic!
Excellent are the ski tracks for skiers, which lead through the beautiful, beautiful nature in the vicinity of the cottage - holiday home.
On ski slopes and on cross-country skis. The best equipped ski centres below Králický Sněžník with many ski slopes are situated in our village Dolní Morava, which is due to its location and mountain climate an ideal recreational centre. According to statistics, 110 days per year it snows here, about 140 days the temperature does not overreach 0° C. Fans of ski slope skiing will find here great slopes of all levels of difficulty, also snowboarding fans will get their slice of the fun, well marked and maintained tracks through snowy country await cross-country skiers.
Perfect artificial snowing and maintenance of ski slopes including night lighting, possibility of secure transport by ski bus (here is the timetable, the ski bus stop Moravská Krčma is about 333 steps away from our cottage), and Easter still on the snow - this all makes Dolní Morava a favourite choice corresponding to your than 30 km of well maintained tracks for cross-country skiers with magnificent landscape sceneries are connected to the ski complex. ¨
ski centre information: Summer in Dolni MoravaDolní Morava has much to offer not only in winter but also during other seasons. The spring here comes very suddenly, the river Morava originating not far from here hums as it runs through the valley strengthened by the waters of the melting snow remnants from the upland parts of Králický Sněžník. Sooner than you expect there comes summer full of blueberries, raspberries, blooming meadows and colourful butterflies and a high blue sky, a moment later the smell of hay and...good bye holidays. The autumn abounds in gifts to artists, romantics, all who come for relaxation, inspiration or to pragmatic people coming to pick up basketfuls of mushrooms. The days shorten quickly, from the forested hillsides you can hear an echo of the deer rut and the views from the ridge routes are vertiginously distant for everybody.
Come and experience it yourself. You will always be welcome in our village Dolní Morava. To make the transport of tourists to the mountains and back more easy, in summer you can use cyclobuses, approximately since the middle of May until the end of September, that is buses with a tow for bicycles. They can get you from the submontane towns as far as ridges of the mountains. In consideration of its location, Dolní Morava is also an ideal place for trips into the neighbouring Poland!

Ski Holidays in Dolní Morava
We stayed in this accommodation for a week. 4 adults and 3 children. A very nice and cosy house. Everything clean and well maintained. Very warm and cosy despite the electric heating which is not always the case. The wood-burning stove made the overall atmosphere even more pleasant. The whole thing is rounded off with a hot sauna session. Communication also worked without any problems right away, even if it was only in English. Even when a defect was noticed on the bed on arrival, it was immediately rectified
The area is ideal for skiing and snowboarding
The tiny flaw for us was the bathtub and no shower. It was a bit awkward for my mum to climb into the bath every time and for my husband who is almost two metres long. Otherwise, the accommodation is definitely recommendable. And absolutely deserves 5 stars!
