On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a living room with a sofa area and a dining table, in front of it the spacious furnished terrace with lake view and fireplace/grill, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, induction stove, blender, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, which allows you to enjoy delicious meals just like at home. In the lower area there are 2 further double bedrooms with terrace and small garden as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which ensures pleasant temperatures no matter how hot the Italian summer gets; both the shutters and the awning are electric.
In front of the living room is a spacious terrace with lake view, fireplace, and electric awning. A covered parking space with an electric gate is available. Additional parking spaces are directly in front of the gate on a private road/dead end.

The villa is located about 2 minutes above Toscolano Maderno. The idyllic place on Lake Garda is ideal for a relaxing stay with water sports, hiking, cycling tours, and relaxation.
It is about 5 minutes to the beach.
Verona and Brescia are about an hour away by car, Bergamo 1.5 hours, and Milan 2 hours.

Clean, modern, and absolutely recommendable.
We had a completely successful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.
The house was very clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. The modern and tasteful decor immediately appealed to us. The kitchen is also excellently equipped; it truly has everything needed for daily needs. We were particularly positively surprised by the washing machine, which was also very clean and well-maintained. Fresh, clean laundry is also not hindered during vacation.
The location is quiet and ideal. A supermarket is in close proximity, so shopping can be done quickly. However, on weekends, one should be aware that live music and occasionally other events can be heard well into the house until shortly after midnight. Sensitive sleepers might be disturbed by this. An absolute highlight is the terrace with its dreamlike view over the lake, where we spent many beautiful hours. The air conditioning was a real blessing on particularly hot days and made the stay even more pleasant.
We also found the reserved parking space with a roof that belongs to the house very practical. The entire parking area is additionally secured by a gate, which provides a good feeling. For us, it is already certain: We will definitely be back in 2027. It is nice to know that we will no longer have to search for new accommodation in the future.

Oasis of relaxation
Just booked our summer vacation for my family again.
Here are my memories from last year.
A perfectly renovated holiday home. From the terrace, there is a dreamy view over the southern lake and onto Monte Baldo with an unforgettable sunrise.
The holiday home is super quiet, not far from the lake and the village.
The layout was ideal for us; we parents slept upstairs with our own bathroom, and our 3 children slept downstairs with their own bathroom. The bathrooms are very beautiful and modern.
Cozy living room with a large dining table and a comfortable couch, in front of the spacious terrace. The kitchen is not particularly large, but it has everything you need.
There are windows everywhere.
There is a covered parking space, which is not to be underestimated in summer. Those arriving with multiple cars can park comfortably and safely in front of the gate, also partially in the shade, depending on the position of the sun.
In any case, we really liked it. Our kids also walked to the village; the return trip was a bit tiring.
