The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2022, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in a modern style typical of the region. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit, and courtyard. Washing machine available for a fee.

Biograd na Moru. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Children's toys and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via antenna, satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early November, 3.5 m x 8.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, covered and level, and leads via the 10 sqm terrace directly into the kitchen.
Ground floor: Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower facility, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room (20 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony. All windows and external doors are fitted with insect screens. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot.
