The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2015, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area. Biograd na Moru. The holiday apartment is located on a 1000 sqm large, open, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early November 3.5 m x 8.5 m 1.5 m deep).
