Soline, Soline district. The holiday apartment is situated on an open plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the town (5 km).

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the anteroom with a wardrobe. Living room (34 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 extra bed on the seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area and access to the balcony. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size). Bedroom (8 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchen with air conditioning, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Bathroom (3 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

The hosting of parties or events is permitted.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 22:00 sata until 07:00 sati.
