Klimno, district Soline. The holiday apartement is located on a 55 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. All bedrooms + living room are air-conditioned Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and sitting area. Bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and window. 4 bathrooms each with shower and WC. Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), electric kettle and access to the balcony.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen (first usage), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. On request: washing machine 10 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
