The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2002 and was renovated in 2017. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the forests and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area. Terrace for exclusive use only.

Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
