The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2017 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Harrachov, 665 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Please bring slippers. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 50 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the street in front of the house.

Kitchen with TV, dining area (14 seats), electric stove (induction cooker, 2 plates), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and small oven, 1 more refrigerator. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on couch/sofa and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.

The rooms as a whole and also the sauna are in top condition!

The playroom was a huge highlight. We were there with 8 children between one and eight years old and they used it very well. The chic, new rooms and bathrooms are also great. There is space to play outside and you are in the forest in five minutes. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for that!

Super equipped house with everything you need. Everything modern and clean. We were very satisfied and would book again at any time. Communication with the landlord also worked well.
