The property is situated in a holiday home development on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit. Terrace for exclusive use only.
