Smrzovka, 550 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Oploceno Access is via a path (rubble or gravel, length 20 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

Central heating (gas, wood/coal). Children's toys, cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.
