The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2024, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deckchair, children's playground, swing, sandbox, terrace, garden furniture, and lift.

Siófok. The holiday flat is located on a waterfront property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. Parking on the property is available for a fee. Please order in advance; possible subject to agreement.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Children's pool (2 m x 3 m, 0.5 m deep). Indoor pool (available all year round, 15 m x 10 m, 1.25 m deep). On Tuesdays, the pools and wellness area are not accessible due to maintenance.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 1st floor and leads via an internal staircase and an external staircase directly into the hallway. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV, dining area and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Please observe the quiet hours, particularly from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
