Description

Within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches of Zeeland, this tastefully furnished, detached holiday home is located. The bustling center of Renesse, with terraces, shops, and restaurants, is within biking distance. The house is positioned in a quiet location on Beachpark Renesse. In the fenced garden, you can enjoy the sun all day.

The interior of the house will be painted in bright colors at the beginning of 2025. Moreover, the entire house will be outfitted with new, tasteful furnishings. The current photos show the old situation. The future layout is as follows:

Through the hallway - with a separate toilet - you enter the tastefully decorated living room with a dining set for 5 people. In the living room, there is a comfortable seating area with a cozy fireplace. There is digital TV with many German channels and free WLAN. From the living room, you access the sunny terrace with a patio set for 5 people. After a day at the beach, you can wonderfully relax in the garden on one of the deck chairs or in the lounge area. Of course, there is also a grill to stylishly end the day.

The generously equipped open kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a microwave.

The bungalow has three bedrooms. In a bedroom, there is a double bed, in one bedroom 2 single box spring beds (90x200) and in the 3rd bedroom there is a single box spring bed. There are ample closets.

The modern bathroom has a shower and a vanity unit.

The entire holiday bungalow is heated with electric radiators. A washing machine is available. You can park on the premises. The bungalow has a storage room and a garden shed, where you can store your bicycles, for example.

"Beachpark 43" is the perfect starting point for a vacation on the Zeeland coast.

Just a stone's throw away, there are the most beautiful bike and hiking trails through the dunes. Water sports enthusiasts will also fully enjoy themselves at the nearby Grevelingen Lake.
