Our bright and modernly equipped holiday flat is centrally located in the world heritage city of Regensburg and is thus an ideal starting point for you for numerous activities in one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. On the doorstep of the Bavarian Forest, we offer you appealing accommodation with upscale comfort. From our holiday flat, the old town of Regensburg can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The two bedrooms of our holiday flat are cosy and comfortably furnished. In one bedroom you will find a 1.80 m double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Another extra bed for 2 persons is possible on the large sofa bed (lying area approx. 1.35 m x 2.10 m) in the living room. For babies or toddlers, a children's travel bed ("Kiddi-O", 1.10 m x 0.60 m x approx. 0.60 m high) is also available.
In the spacious living room you will find enough space to linger together and enjoy the evening after eventful excursions. In addition to an attractively designed seating and dining area, you will find satellite TV, radio, CD player and WLAN internet access throughout the flat. From the living room you have access to the large balcony, where you will find just as much space with 6 people.
You don't have to do without comfort, because the kitchen of our holiday flat is modern and extensively equipped: dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave etc. The attractive bathroom has a WC, a CD player and an internet connection. The attractive bathroom has a toilet, bathtub, shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

Dream host.
The location of the apartment is excellent, tastefully furnished and quiet. Regarding the hosts, the Loschinskis, I can only say wonderful; on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score, I give them 10. We will definitely come back. Greetings, Harry.

Everything you need
A super holiday home....from the furnishings to the location and cleanliness....all the best ....and absolutely recommendable.
The friendly landlords are very helpful and provide good tips. In the flat you will find plenty of information material for upcoming excursions.
We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place.

"Repeat offenders" :-) We were there again!!!
We were guests at the Schalk family for the first time in the summer of 2016. Everything was as beautiful as the first time. And on top of that, the weather was simply divine.
