"More is always possible", welcome to my comfortable, well-equipped studio.
Discover what is, for me, the most beautiful part of the Côte d'Azur! A small harbor, dreamlike beaches along a total of 13 km of undeveloped coastline.
Fantastic bays alternate with rocks and cliffs, a paradise for nature lovers.
Through the passage and a staircase to the first floor you reach the entrance of the apartment. In the main room you will find the tastefully and modernly designed kitchen in a U-shape, well equipped with solid acacia worktop, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, ceramic hob, black stone sink, and dishwasher.
In this room you will also find a sufficiently large wardrobe and a shelf, both made of solid wood, as well as the comfortable double bed measuring 1.40 by 2 meters with a good, rather firm mattress. The bathroom is designed with ample storage space in the built-in cabinets, surfaces in blue quartz-glittering stone, toilet, and large shower with glass sliding door.
You will feel comfortable barefoot, as the entire floor is laid with oak parquet.
The wide open passage leads you into the glazed loggia, the dining and living area with sideboard, dining table, comfortable chairs, and high-quality Ligne Roset sofa.
The special feature of this room is the six-meter-long glass front facing south. You can open the four wings, allowing you to sit comfortably "inside~outside," with a view of the Mediterranean-style, low and open-built, quiet settlement.
You can reach the sea either along the 800m long avenue, lined alternately with plane trees and magnificently blooming oleanders.
Great beaches, some with umbrella pines directly in the sand, and a small marina as well as various bars and restaurants invite you to linger there.

Location and surroundings of object
La Londe les Maures, experience perhaps the longest natural coastline on the Côte d'Azur!
Not far from the apartment lies the small marina with its dining options.
To the west you reach the wide, fine sandy Plage Miramar, continuing past a campsite into the four-kilometer-long nature reserve of the former saltworks, now a haven for many birds and year-round home to the happy flamingos. The pine-shaded path leads you between the sea and the saltwater lake into the small village of Les Salins.
To the east follows the beautiful Plage Argentière, with its pines in some places almost reaching the water.
There begins the nine-kilometer-long Sentier Littoral, at the end of which you can pay a visit to Fort Brégançon. Unless Monsieur Macron is staying there at the moment, as it is the summer residence of the current French president. For me, this coastal path is something very special. It takes you over large and small cliffs with breathtaking views into ever more beautiful bays, to beaches that look almost Caribbean. A wonderful atmosphere also for climbing around and snorkeling in the crystal-clear Mediterranean.
La Londe itself is located three kilometers inland, a still tranquil place with a large weekly market every Sunday.
In the immediate vicinity, I especially like Hyères. Stroll through the winding old town, up into the lush Mediterranean park with a panorama over the city, and then even higher to the ruins of the castle with an overwhelming view far over the entire coast with its offshore islands.
Things are a bit more sophisticated in Le Lavandou: beaches, a waterfront promenade with very many bars, and an estimated twenty boules courts.
Bormes-les-Mimosas is super beautiful, a historic place on the hillside, also here with a wide view of the sea. Not to forget, oh yes, a trip to Saint-Tropez, several bus connections per day, as an alternative to the car. Even more wonderful is by boat, every Saturday in summer, then there is a market in St. Trop.
My absolute favorite is a day trip to Porquerolles, the whole island is a national park, no cars, via footpaths and bike paths you reach the most magnificent things the sea in France has to offer.
... Here you go, exactly, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find parking spaces for your car. Parking is, by the way, free all year round in La Londe. Where else on the Côte d'Azur can you still find that?!
The connection with public transport is sufficient, buses go to Toulon, Hyères or Saint Tropez.

Beach and Coastal Hiking Trail - Wonderful!
The descriptions of the apartment and its location are 100% accurate! The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and it is great to live there. The new air conditioning is very pleasant and completely silent.
Mr. Laser welcomed me kindly, but he does not live on-site. A small problem with the water was nevertheless resolved extremely quickly. He was always approachable and can give great tips for the region. The "house beach" - the Plage de l'Argentière - is a beach with plenty of space and, at least in June, relatively little hustle and bustle. Above all, the place is a perfect starting point to explore the coastal hiking trail, the Sentier littoral. If you walk a bit and scramble over one or another small rock, you have wonderful views and find great swimming spots that you share with few people or even have all to yourself. Once there were only the beach, the sound of the sea, the song of a nightingale, and me... dreamy.
Since I had a dog with me, I couldn't explore the area by bike. I always looked a bit enviously at the cyclists, because there are many beautiful paths specifically for cyclists. One even goes all the way to St. Tropez! In La Londe, there is a bike rental that also has e-bikes?
