"The sea is always there", welcome to my comfortable, well-equipped studio.
Discover the most beautiful part of the Cöte d'Azur for me! A small harbour, fantastic beaches on a total of 13 km of undeveloped coastline.
Fantastic bays alternate with rocks and cliffs, a paradise for nature lovers.
Through the passage and a staircase to the first floor you reach the entrance of the flat.
In the main room you will find the tastefully and modernly designed kitchen in U-shape, well equipped with a solid acacia worktop, oven, ceramic hob, black stone sink and dishwasher.
In this room you will also find a sufficiently large wardrobe and a shelf, both made of solid wood, as well as the comfortable double bed measuring 1.40 x 2 metres with a good, rather firm mattress.
The bathroom is designed with plenty of storage space in the built-in cupboards, surfaces in blue stone with quartz glitter, WC and large shower with sliding glass door.
You will feel comfortable walking barefoot, as the entire floor is covered with oak parquet.
The wide open passageway leads you to the glazed loggia, the dining and living area with chest of drawers, dining table, comfortable chairs and high-quality Ligne Roset sofa, which can be converted into a 1.20 metre wide bed.
The special feature of this room is the six metre long glass front facing south. The four wings can be opened so that you can sit comfortably "inside~outside" with a view of the Mediterranean-style, low and open-plan, quiet neighbourhood.
You can reach the sea either along the 800 metre long avenue, alternating between plane trees and splendidly flowering oleanders. Or on foot "across the fields".
Great beaches, some with umbrella pines directly in the sand, and a small marina as well as various bars and restaurants invite you to linger.

La Londe les Maures, experience perhaps the longest natural coastline on the Côte d'Azur!
Not far from the flat is the small marina with its refreshment facilities.
To the west, you come directly to the wide, fine sandy Plage Miramar, continuing past a campsite into the four-kilometre-long nature reserve of the former salt pans, now the resting place of many birds and the year-round home of the happy flamingos. The pine-shaded path leads you between the sea and the saltwater lake to the small village of Les Salins.
To the east, you will find a short stretch of dog beach, followed by the beautiful Plage Argentière, with its pine trees almost reaching the water's edge.
This is where the nine-kilometre Sentier Littoral begins, at the end of which you can pay a visit to Fort Brégançon. Unless Mr Macron happens to be staying there, as it is the summer residence of the French president.
For me, this coastal path is something very special. It takes you over large and small cliffs with breathtaking views to even more stunning bays and almost Caribbean-looking beaches. A wonderful setting for climbing and snorkelling in the crystal-clear Mediterranean.
La Londe itself is three kilometres inland, still a tranquil town with a large weekly market every Sunday.
In the neighbourhood, I particularly like Hyères. Stroll through the intricate old town, up into the lush Mediterranean park with a panoramic view over the town and then even higher up to the ruins of the castle with an overwhelming view over the entire coast and its offshore islands.
Le Lavandou is a little more sophisticated, with beaches, a seafront promenade with lots of bars and an estimated twenty boules lanes.
Bormes-les-Mimosas is super beautiful, a historic town on a hillside, also with sweeping views of the sea.
Not to forget, oh yes, a trip to Saint-Tropez, several bus connections a day, as an alternative to the car. It's even more fantastic by boat, every Saturday in summer, when there is a market in St Trop.
My absolute favourite is a day trip to Porquerolles, the whole island is a national park, no cars, footpaths and cycle paths take you to the greatest thing the sea has to offer in France.
... voilà, exactly, you will find parking spaces for your car in the immediate vicinity of the flat. Parking is free in La Londe all year round. Where else on the Côte d'Azur can you find that ?
There are plenty of public transport links and two simple bicycles are available for your use.
