Description
Villa built on 135m2 on split levels, consists of a living room and a super equipped kitchen (Provençal style), all opening through large bay windows onto spacious terraces overlooking the swimming pool.
Hyper-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, mixer, Nespresso machine, ...
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Large gas barbecue with grill
Upstairs, a large master bedroom (double bed 160x200cm) with bath and shower, separate toilet, and balcony overlooking the entire valley and the sea. In another wing, on the ground level, 2 smaller bedrooms open onto a beautiful terrace with sea view. Shared bathroom and separate toilet, and cupboard. Beds prepared as singles or doubles according to requests.
The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with quality bedding.
Outside, sun loungers around a large heated infinity pool (10x5m), no overlooking, located in a beautiful garden with many Mediterranean species, a unique relaxing atmosphere guaranteed. Beside it, a large pool house with a teak dining room, shower and toilet, sink and fridge.
House not recommended for people with reduced mobility and for very young children (toddlers) because of the stairs and half-levels related to the hillside location and the style of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Magnificent panoramic sea view on the Islands of Hyères (Port Cros and Porquerolles) and all the valley from all the rooms of our villa facing south and located very quiet, in a secure residence of the field of VALCROS.
The Domaine de Valcros is located between beach and nature, on the hills of the Moors, in the municipality of Londe-les-Maures (located between the towns of Hyères and Bormes-les-Mimosas), next to its golf course. holes, 10 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from the airport and Hyères train station, 30 minutes from Toulon TGV station and 30 minutes from St Tropez.
No direct access by car to the house but large steps (see photo). Location for cars in front of the property which is located in a private domain and secured by a code.

Great view with plenty of space
We were two adults and two children (9 and 11 years old). Each child had their own room available – a big plus. The view with unobstructed sea view was simply breathtaking. The infinity pool was the highlight of our vacation and the central meeting point for the whole family.
The house offered plenty of space, was extremely clean, and especially the kitchen was excellently equipped. The short walk from the kitchen to the beautiful terrace made dining together particularly pleasant and was one of the details that made our vacation so special.
The routes to shopping or the beach were quick to manage by car (maximum 15–20 minutes). However, due to the surroundings, having a vehicle is highly recommended.
The quiet location in a private residential complex provided a relaxing atmosphere. The contact with the landlady was very friendly – questions and even a defective sunshade were responded to immediately.
The lovingly designed garden with its variety of plants and plenty of rosemary emphasized the Southern European flair.
We can recommend the accommodation without reservation. A note for dog owners: Walks directly on the property are not possible, and in the immediate vicinity, walking rounds are only limited due to the steep and rocky landscape.

Very beautiful house, wonderful location
We spent our summer vacation here and were able to fully relax. The quiet location, the wonderful view, everything was to our complete satisfaction. The owners were available for questions and we were warmly welcomed. We would book again immediately and can only highly recommend this house.

Dream home for the perfect relaxing vacation
"We have already been to Villa Blu Paradou for the third time in September. The house is located in a fantastic location in Valcros with a unique view of the sea and the island of Porquerolles. The quiet location means pure relaxation. The villa offers plenty of space and is well equipped. Especially the heated infinity pool provides plenty of swimming fun even on cooler days in autumn. The landlady is very nice and correct, every concern is taken care of immediately. The house is located in a secure complex not far from the Valcros golf course. The beaches in La Londe les Maures are about a 15-minute drive away. Dreamy sandy beaches and crystal-clear water create a Caribbean feeling. There are also plenty of great wineries nearby. The city of Hyeres is also worth a visit. At the entrance of the complex, there is a small shop where you can get everything, especially delicious baguettes and croissants for breakfast. For us, Villa Blu Paradou offers all the conditions for the perfect relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back!"

A perfect place to spend a nice vacation
It has been several years since we have been coming back to this house.
The setting is enchanting, the view of the sea invites relaxation and idleness. The house is very well equipped and functional.
The outdoor space (with the pool) offers everything you need for a summer vacation.
Certainly a wonderful place to spend a family vacation.

Fantastic place for those seeking relaxation
Villa Blue Paradou has a fantastic location on a hill with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is secluded from the neighbours.
The house is very well divided and is equipped with all comforts (air conditioning in the bedrooms). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor area with the spacious terrace with lounge chairs and large dining table and down by the infinity pool a large covered terrace with sunbeds is very well maintained and invites you to linger outside.
Definitely a quiet place, a bit away from the big hustle and bustle, but you can be in the nearest towns in a few minutes by car. There is a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill where you can get fresh baguettes and fruit daily. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
