Villa Alice is a beautiful property that accommodates up to 9 people.
This elegant, newly built villa combines modernity and comfort, thanks to the wooden furnishings and visible ceiling beams, which harmonize with the designer furniture. The spacious and bright rooms are enhanced by warm colors on the walls and in the furnishings, inspired by the colors of nature, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The villa spans two floors, which are connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor consists of:
- a spacious and bright living room-kitchen with sofas, TV, and dining table, with large glass doors that offer a beautiful view of the garden and direct access to the outdoor dining area located in the adjacent pavilion;
- a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine;
- a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with a shower.
The villa has air conditioning.
Surrounded by cultivated fields and gentle hills, the villa offers the privacy and tranquility typical for the countryside of the Marche, while at the same time providing easy access to nearby cities and coastal towns. From the villa, one enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, on which picturesque villages and historic hamlets are located, with the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains in the background.
The garden that surrounds the villa is arranged on two levels and is crossed by a path that leads to the lower level where there is a beautiful pool.
The pool, which is cleaned with salt, is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and includes a section with hydromassage seats. Next to the house is a pavilion with a table and chairs, an ideal place to dine outdoors while enjoying the view of the pool and surrounding hills.
The property is completely fenced and accessible through an automatic gate. It also has a private parking area with a charging station for electric vehicles.
Adjacent to the villa there is the family's house.

Villa Alice is located near Montecosaro, in the Province of Macerata, in the beautiful region of Marche.
The beautiful beaches of Civitanova Marche are just a 15-minute drive away. The coast of Civitanova is divided by the marina: to the north, there are long sandy beaches with shallow water; to the south, there are sandy and pebble beaches with deeper water. Here one can relax and have fun, stroll among palm trees and bicycle paths, and enjoy the typical cuisine in the numerous clubs, bars, restaurants, and shops.
Not far away, the beaches of Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio with their long sandy beaches and numerous restaurants offer a pleasant alternative to nearby Civitanova. Also, you can reach picturesque villages in about 20 minutes by car. Discover the breathtaking scenery and spectacular beaches of the famous Riviera del Conero, just a 30-minute car ride away. Sirolo, Numana, and Portonovo are charming coastal towns with crystal-clear water, nestled in the greenery of a nature reserve.
In the surrounding area, impressive historical villages like Montegranaro, Monte San Giusto, Morrovalle, Sant'Elpidio a Mare, Corridonia, and Montelupone await you, offering splendid views of the mountains and the coast. During a walk between the small squares, museums, and bell towers, one can discover the true essence of these places rich in history and tradition.
Not far away are places of great cultural interest such as Recanati, the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi, Loreto with the Basilica of the Holy House, and Osimo, known for its underground caves. Macerata, Tolentino, and Fermo are also easily accessible. Those who enjoy hiking will find trails in the Monti Sibillini National Park, in the regional nature reserve of Monte San Vicino and Monte Canfaito, as well as in the spectacular landscape of Lake Fiastra.
Exploring this area also offers the opportunity to visit wine cellars to taste local wines such as Rosso Piceno DOC and Colli Maceratesi DOC, and to shop at numerous factory outlets of well-known shoe, leather goods, and clothing brands.
