Description

The holiday home 145 in Zeewind I can accommodate 4 adult guests or 2 adults and 3 children over a living space of 60 square meters, spread across 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and living area, bathroom, WC. It has a Daikin air conditioning unit, solar panels, free access to WLAN Internet.
The larger bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and the second has a bunk bed of 2 x 90 x 200 cm and a pull-out bed of 90 x 190 cm. In the fully equipped kitchen, there are a dishwasher, ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge & freezer, 4 different coffee machines, toaster, etc., - everything needed for preparing delicious meals.
There is room for 5 people in the dining area. A high chair is also available. In the living area, there is a large sofa and comfortable armchairs, a small table, a woodstove for the cold season, a color TV with a satellite dish for many German and Luxembourgish programs.
The bathroom has a 90 x 150 cm shower and a sink.
The toilet is separate.
In the annex are the washing machine, the clothes dryer, a Weber electric grill, and the entire electrical installation with the electricity meter. In the garden house, there is firewood for the stove, which can be used for free, and 2 bicycles.
On the terrace, there is a large table with 5 chairs, a sunshade, and a garden fireplace.
The accommodation is surrounded by a small fenced (important for dog owners) beautiful garden that invites you to relax and play. The barbecue area is ideal for cozy evenings with family and friends.
A parking space in the immediate vicinity is available for guests. We also rent the adjacent house 146 and house 148 if you ever want to vacation with friends.
Long-term rental is possible. The house is exclusively for non-smokers.
The area around the house is very quiet, as it is located on a dead-end street at the edge of the park, somewhat farther away from a busy road, the swimming pool, and the tennis courts.

The holiday home is located in Bredene in the holiday park Zeewind I. Bredene is situated between Ostend and De Haan. Both cities can be easily reached on foot, by bicycle, or by tram. One can take day trips to Bruges about 24 km away, Sluis about 39 km away, Knokke about 38 km away, and Ghent about 67 km away.
The region has excellently developed cycle paths that invite for extended tours.
The transport connections are very good and encourage interesting excursions. Using the "Coastal Tram" you can explore the Belgian coast affordably.
In Bredene, there are diverse shopping opportunities (Aldi, Lidl, Colruyt, Delhaize), good restaurants, and leisure activities such as swimming, walking, or simply relaxing.
The undeveloped sandy beach with its dunes can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The gently sloping coast is well-guarded during the bathing season and is suitable for splashing and swimming.

A house to feel good

In this holiday home with a fenced garden, one can only feel comfortable and let the soul dangle. My dog thinks so too! Everything is there that the heart desires, tip-top clean, cozy, tastefully and modernly furnished. A fireplace, for which the wood is provided free of charge, enhances the feeling of well-being and the cozy atmosphere even more. The host, Mr. Oberlinkels, is extremely friendly and is always there if there is a problem. I can only recommend this house.

Everything is great!

The holiday home is very beautiful and very well equipped. We lacked nothing. It has the best-equipped kitchen we have ever had. Everything else for a relaxing vacation was also available, e.g., a beautiful garden with loungers and seating, good bicycles, and a Weber grill. The beach of Bredene is, in our opinion, one of the most beautiful sections, as you see a lot of nature and little development. The landlord is very nice and always helpful. Lived in a house across from us at our time and was always approachable for us. Everything worked very well.

Here everything is correct.

We spent a week of vacation here in May 2025. The reception by the landlord, who was on-site, was very warm. The house is very well-maintained, and there is really nothing missing. The beds were very comfortable, and the nights were therefore very restful. In the new kitchen, you can find everything: microwave, air fryer, various coffee machines, and a large freezer. The vacation was simply perfect, and the landlord is very nice. So we are definitely going back there.

Beautiful holiday with dog - everything perfect!

We were at Mr. Oberlinkels' holiday home in Bredene for the second time and felt like we were on vacation from the very first moment. The house is very comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need and even more. For that alone, 5***** plus! The garden is completely enclosed, so our dog could move around freely there. There is a beautiful outdoor grill, and for those who prefer, an electric grill, 2 sun loungers with a sun umbrella, a table with garden chairs, and a garden lounge. Nothing was really missing. Mr. Oberlinkels is also always available on site and welcomed us nicely and provided support. We will gladly come back and are already looking forward to it.
