Ideal for dogs and their humans

We felt comfortable in the well-equipped holiday home. Due to its location at the corner of the row houses, the garden is also a bit larger. Everything has been thought of for the dog.
The complex has a supervised and very clean pool, which we used extensively.
The beach and dune landscape are reachable on foot in 15 to 20 minutes, if the dog doesn't get too distracted sniffing around.

Gute Ausstattung

We found a beautiful holiday home with top equipment. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought of. The new kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. The living/dining room is bright and friendly. The bedrooms are small and simply furnished, but completely sufficient. There are even various pillows available to choose from! We also really enjoyed the lovely garden with sun loungers and a grill. Overall, the holiday resort is very well-maintained and quiet, the swimming pool was already open, but still too cold for us. From there you can explore the neighboring villages quickly and relaxed with the coastal train. The town and the beach are within easy walking distance. Everything worked perfectly from booking to check-out, very good and friendly communication with the landlord. Thank you very much, it was a great holiday!

Wonderful days in Bredene

We had a wonderful stay in a truly great holiday home. The location was perfect and you could immediately feel comfortable. The facilities left nothing to be desired and it was certainly not the last time we were guests. The contact with the landlord was very friendly and smooth.

Nice location

We spontaneously spent a short vacation there. Very clean and quiet park at that time. The house was spotless, had a great new kitchen with excellent equipment, and otherwise lacked nothing. The enclosed garden was ideal for our dog.

It is approximately 1km walking distance from the beach. Shopping opportunities are also nearby. The location is great. You can walk along the beach, behind the dunes there is an S-Bahn line, with which you can also return or travel to the next coastal town.

Contact with the landlord was super quick and always very nice.

Very nice little house

Everything from the dishwasher to the washing machine and dryer is in this house. The wooden oven is also there. The TV with satellite dish, the wifi and the DVDs that are there add value.
The house is stylishly furnished. The fenced garden is also ideal for children and dogs.

Top holiday home

Tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, clean and well-maintained, and very extensively equipped. Since the house is located at the edge of the settlement and at the end of a row of three houses, tenants have peace and quiet.
The location is central between the beach and shopping facilities, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle

Great house in great surroundings

Small, cosy house with everything you need. The equipment is perfectly adequate and everything is available for families with two children.



The sea can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes, distance across the street and through the tunnel exactly 1 km. There you will also find the tram, a tram that runs every 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the season, along the coast from France to the Netherlands. Day ticket 7.50 €, for 3 days 15 €. Be sure to use it. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. Top and happy to come back.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

We are simply thrilled and spent a wonderful holiday in the holiday home with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The house is superbly furnished and has everything you need for self-catering. The garden is also well-equipped; including a grill and garden loungers. It is about a 5-minute bike ride to the beach. Additionally, there is a pool in the park that was open daily from 12-7 pm. Conclusion: an absolutely recommended house if you want to experience a nice holiday. We will definitely come back!!!

Feel-good holiday with a dog

The house is located in a very beautiful, well-kept, and green area. From here, we started great dog walks to the beach or through the dunes. Bredene is also quickly accessible on foot and invited for a stroll or shopping. In the perfectly furnished with love and spotlessly clean house, we immediately felt very comfortable. The spacious beautiful garden with great garden furniture daily invited us and the dog to relax. We lacked nothing! Fantastisch

TOO BAD, TOO BAD... we are back home again, and it was so beautiful, we would have liked to stay a little longer. The beach with the dog was simply a dream, somewhat secluded (just how we like it) yet central and everything easily accessible.
The accommodation was super cozy, with everything you need, lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail. Truly a oasis of well-being. A very kind landlord who always had a sympathetic ear, thank you very much for that!!! We walked a lot and had a really good rest. Well, in short, we would come back anytime.

Disconnect and relax for 5 days. There is no better place for this than this little house. We stayed there with our 2 children (11&13) and our two dogs. 10 minutes to the beach on foot - perfect. If that's too far (carrying air mattresses, etc.), you can also drive by car to near the underpass at the beach or park at the youth hostel on the street. Then it's only 250m.

Christmas days in the holiday home

To escape the Christmas hustle and bustle, we chose the quiet holiday home in the Zeewind holiday complex, which is very well equipped. There was no amenity missing, and everything is perfect and well furnished. There were three adults and two small dogs. Our highlight was the charcoal stove and the large garden, which is more inviting to look at in winter but great in summer. After many travels to various vacation homes, we had for the first time to pay extra for electricity and water costs. The electricity costs were quite high for us at around 17 € per day for a normal consumption, which we found should be factored in beforehand. However, the basic costs were reasonable, and all in all, the overall prices for vacation homes were in line with the usual standards. To mention is the way to the beach, which leads over the long road and is interrupted by the railroad at some points, which is why this way then takes a bit longer if you are on foot. However, since we used this as a morning walk, it was not a problem for us. It would be perfect with bicycles, which you should preferably bring along. The town center is also somewhat distant. There are all kinds of shops there that have everything you need, and some of them are open every day.

Simply great!

It was a very relaxing holiday that lacked nothing. The house was super furnished, modern and with everything you could imagine. If you had forgotten something, it would have been there in the house. The location was also ideal, it is about a 15-minute walk to the beach.
We were there with our dog and the house was also ideal for this, as the property is fenced in high enough and really not visible. We can recommend it without hesitation.

We spent 10 beautiful days in Bredene. The domicile is located in a very well-kept holiday park. The house itself is cosily furnished and equipped with everything you need for daily life. The price-performance ratio of the accommodation fits. The house is comfortably furnished and you quickly feel at home
The rental and coordination with the owner went completely smoothly - thank you very much again.
Bredene is ideal for a beach holiday and also as a starting point for cultural and sightseeing trips in Flanders, whether by car or bicycle. We also recommend the coastal tram or for longer trips, e.g. to Brussels or Antwerp, the train from Bruges.
Parking at Bruges station costs €3.50 (day ticket for the parking garage) and the Railpass is cheap (€7.70 one-way), e.g. to Brussels in one hour.

We spent a very nice holiday in this well-equipped and modernly furnished holiday home. The fully fenced garden is great for dogs, but also invites you to relax with the beautiful patio furniture and sun loungers. The dog beach is within walking distance. There is a large green area between the holiday parks Zeewind 1 and Zeewind 2.
Since the holiday home is located at the back of the park, it is very quiet.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in the village

We spent a week with our dog in this cosy and appealing holiday home. The garden is completely fenced and therefore escape-proof. Restful days

The signage to the holiday home is unusual for German standards. However, we found it after 30 minutes.
A peaceful location almost at the end of the street.
We immediately felt comfortable once the room temperature was adjusted.
The dogs were of the same opinion: WE'RE STAYING HERE FOR NOW!
As we enjoyed it so much and all came home very relaxed, we have already rebooked for next January. Everything was still sleepy in January, but that made the recovery even greater for us. The beach walks were relaxed and very restful, for both the two-legged and four-legged among us.

Bredene is worth a visit.

Very beautiful holiday home complex with lots of greenery. Very quiet, apart from the cultural center sound system for the entire village, we had 3 such events and the wind was blowing in that direction - but it all ends at 10 pm. The beach is very wide with wonderfully soft sand and plenty of space to play. We walked to the dog beach about 10 minutes away. Some bakeries are nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Bredene. Supermarkets, ice cream parlor, shops, etc. and many playgrounds are available. We also had a very nice, relaxed holiday with our dog.

Although located in an area with holiday parks, the house also offers the best conditions for a relaxing vacation due to its peripheral location. Greetings from the Lower Rhine. Congratulations on the nicely furnished holiday home. We immediately felt comfortable there. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is available, down to the garlic press. The house is close to the town and the beach. We particularly liked the garden enclosed by high hedges. Gladly again!

We were happy to be at the "cottage" again over Pentecost, which we already knew from the previous owners. Now beautifully renovated - modern yet cozy. Equipment great from kitchen utensils, garden furniture, grill, WiFi to washing machine. We felt right at home again. Although the house is located in a holiday park, the beautiful, not visible garden gives the feeling of not being in a mass accommodation. The short walk to the beach is also beautiful (10-15 min), where you can take a stroll in the evening with your dog and enjoy the sunset by the sea. Walking along the beach towards Oostende or De Haan was enjoyable for us and our dog (don't forget containers for shells and other beach finds when out with children...). You can take the tram back comfortably and affordably. We would love to come back! Nice and prompt contact with the landlord.

Beautiful vacation!

We had a very nice week in this dune house! We went on vacation with a baby (6 months) for the first time! Nothing was missing. The kitchen is super equipped! You hardly need to bring anything yourself! A travel cot and a high chair were available for our baby! Everything in very good condition! The interior design of the entire house is also very modern and comfortably furnished! You just have to feel good. The terrace with rattan garden furniture and stone barbecue grill is very well maintained! It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. We would definitely book this accommodation again!

The renovated dune house is really excellently equipped, with details well above average. The seating - whether inside or outside - is very cozy. The garden is completely fenced - especially important for dog owners, and not visible from the outside. There is plenty of storage space in the two bedrooms, as well as in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The freezer is located separately in the annex. In terms of location, we found it ideal: you are quickly at the beach and just as quickly in the town for shopping and strolling. A little tip: the market on Tuesday mornings is really worth a visit. Overall, we liked both the house and Bredene so much that we would love to come back.

The holiday home is located in a typical holiday park for Belgium, has its own enclosed and private garden. It has recently been renovated and, from our perspective, leaves nothing to be desired. The beach with adjacent dune landscape is within walking distance. We can wholeheartedly recommend the house. The contact with the landlord was very pleasant and uncomplicated. 100% vacation!

Immer wieder

Everything in the house was available as described. Positive aspects: Fast internet, all German TV channels available thanks to satellite reception, escape-proof garden (dog can be let out without worry), beach about 10 minutes away.

Gladly again

We were there with 4 adults and a dog.
It was very clean and the furniture was in perfect condition.
We immediately felt comfortable and this feeling lasted throughout the rest of the week.
We would love to visit this property again.

Warm hospitality in a cozy atmosphere

Warm hospitality was clearly noticeable upon entering the Dune House, even though the landlords were not present. The house was comfortably heated, clean, and very cozily furnished. Nothing was missing. We immediately felt at home. Arrive, unpack, and feel good!
Bredene is very centrally located. Excursions from here along the Belgian coast or to Bray Dunes (France) and Breskens (Netherlands) are highly recommended. It was not the last time that we booked the dune house of the Rueller family.
Once again, a heartfelt thank you. We had a pleasant and relaxing time.

Schöne Tage in Breden

Good and quick communication,
as the park does not have a reception, the access card for the park entrance and house keys will be picked up at the house,
from the key safe (access code was communicated in advance).
Or, as in our case, someone drives into the park and you quickly follow.
But the way to the house looks longer on the map than it actually is. When you go on vacation in Belgium for the first time, you should know that the front door is not locked, only the door handle is. So, lift the front door handle upward to the left and then turn the key, and the door will open. We were greeted in a pleasantly heated house, as it was February with 6 degrees. The heating was set just right. The furnishings are new and very cozy, the TV chair is simply top-notch. There is plenty of tableware, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. We didn't miss anything.
The kitchen equipment is perfect, we could have saved more than half,
the generous supply of toilet paper, candles, etc. Simply super.
Wi-Fi is simply perfect and fast, connection established without any problems.
Anyone familiar with fireplace heating can quickly make the apartment cozy warm at cooler temperatures.
The garden furniture and cushions are all new and very comfortable.
The dog had a good and protected running area in the garden. We were completely satisfied, so we can recommend this house without reservation.
