The Orsa Maggiore cottages are located in Pozzallo in the province of Ragusa. They are all newly built, bright, quiet and designed to accommodate up to 6 persons, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed, a large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The cottages are located in a residential area 400 metres from the sea and 1 km from the town centre. Pets are not allowed in the cottages.
The Orsa Maggiore cottages are only 4oo metres from the sandy beaches of Pozzallo (Pietre Nere and Primo Scivolo), which have been qualified with the Blue Flag for almost twenty years. The fine golden sand, the shallow water even at a distance from the shore and the sheltered position make it the ideal seaside location for children. On the beach, it is possible to rent a beach umbrella in one of the various lidos, or stay in the large free beach area.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villette are only 15 minutes away from the historic centre, for a stroll among cosy cafés and ice-cream parlours, shops of the most famous brands or a stroll in the Villa Comunale. In the centre there is also the Cinema Giardino with active programming throughout the summer season. Within a radius of 700 metres there are four supermarkets with parking and a wide range of foodstuffs suitable for food intolerances (e.g. coeliac disease). Pharmacy and medical centre 150 m away. Medical Guard 500 m away. A beauty centre is available nearby. Restaurants, pizzerias and bars within walking distance offer a wide choice for eating out. Sailing clubs for windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing are available in Santa Maria del Focallo (4 km), Maganuco (8 km), Sampieri (13 km) or Marina di Ragusa (30 km). Finally, for two-wheel enthusiasts, bicycle hire and technical assistance are available just 650 m away.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
