The cozy furnishings with a historic tile stove create a special atmosphere of well-being. Two double bedrooms, a full bath, and an additional toilet ensure comfort. You have a private garden house at your disposal, it includes your sauna, table and chairs, and a grill.
On the fenced terrace, you can enjoy relaxed evenings. Perfect for those who seek nature, retreat, and relaxation in an exclusive environment. You have access to the Gut Settin resort, hence to Settin Lake for rowing and swimming, a soccer field on the large orchard of the estate, badminton, etc. There is much to discover. We place great value on human relaxation in nature. Therefore, our estate is very well maintained to provide space for people, animals, and plants together.

They are nestled in wonderful, untouched nature. Two lakes in close proximity (Settiner Lake directly at the Gut Settin, bathing lake Militzsee 10 minutes' walk). A hiking trail leads through lush forest around Settiner Lake (45 min loop).
Situated on a hill, from the Haus Dittrich you look over meadows and a lake towards the surrounding forests. From your own property, you comfortably gaze directly into the natural surroundings.
Schwerin is only about 20 minutes away from us. Crivitz, the nearest place, is just a 5-minute drive away. For groceries, dining out.
