Eraclea Mare. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception is via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

allowed, EUR 40.00/pet per week.

Bedroom (16 sqm, not heated) with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 cot and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (passage room, not heated) with TV, (6 seats), gas stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and washing machine. Hallway (not heated). Bathroom (not heated) with shower, WC, bidet and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 6 years).
