The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn.

Eraclea Mare. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and one parking space in the town (distance 150 m).

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Cot. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (pass-through room, not heated) with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and access to the balcony. Bathroom (not heated) with washing machine, shower, toilet, bidet and window.

Excellent location on the main street with shops, restaurants & entertainment, within short walking distance to the beach through very nice pine forest. Practically furnished 3 bedroom apartment (1 bedroom w/o window, but absolutely OK for overnight sleep) with reasonably comfortable beds. 2 small balconies to enjoy seating out. Eraklea Mare is a very nice place, not crowded yet there is everything in it for a fantastic holiday. If we can do it, we're back here. Thank You.
