Description
"My Cozy Haven" - our quaint holiday home is located in the Zeewind II holiday park in Bredene on the Belgian North Sea coast. Whether as a family or just as a couple, you will feel comfortable here. It accommodates up to 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms, a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet. Our newly installed high-efficiency split heat pump provides pleasant warmth in cooler outdoor temperatures; on hot summer days, choose the most comfortable indoor temperature via remote control.
The house impresses with its warm wooden fittings and stylish interior design. The open living area, in light brown tones, with a cozy sofa bed, cool rocking chair, two additional rattan chairs, and a TV invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is equipped with all conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, air fryer, Teppanyaki grill, toaster, egg cooker, and coffee machine. A large, extendable dining table provides ample space for shared meals.
The bedrooms are cozily furnished and have comfortable beds, some with viscoelastic mattresses for optimal sleeping comfort. For our smallest guests, we are happy to provide a crib, a stroller, and a high chair. The bathroom is designed to be modern-functional and is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet as well as ample storage space. A hairdryer is also available. An additional toilet prevents "bottlenecks." Dirty laundry can be washed in the washing machine in the annex. With our in-house, secure Wi-Fi service, you can surf the Internet - whether for private use or for work purposes as part of a home office.
The outdoor area of the holiday home is just as impressive as the interior. The garden is a perfect place to relax and play. A terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to enjoy social evenings. There is a parking space available for your vehicle. How about you just leave your car where it is and use the bicycles for shopping or excursions instead?
You can also reach the beach on foot or by bicycle in just a few minutes. A handcart is available for easier transport of utensils. Grill your food on a Weber grill. From mid-June to mid-September, enjoy a swim in the heated swimming pool.

Your holiday home is located in the Zeewind II holiday park in Bredene, West Flanders, an idyllic place on the Belgian coast.
Bredene is situated in the tranquil polder landscape between Ostend and De Haan. Both places are about 5 km away and are best reached by bicycle via bike paths. Bredene offers a natural dune landscape with a 12 km long sandy beach, which in recent years, also includes a designated nudist area. Each section of the beach has its own beach bar. Dunes and beach can be reached on foot with a walk in about 5 minutes. Your vacation home is ideally situated close to the swimming pool, playground, and tennis facilities. You are also just a few steps away from the associated restaurant "Duinenhoeve".
Enjoy a relaxing bike ride through the tranquil polder landscape of Flanders or along the canal to Bruges. Stop by old village inns or country guesthouses on the way, refresh yourself with one of the regional beer specialties or fortify yourself with a delicious waffle or a fresh pancake. Enjoy the tranquility of De Haan with its thatched houses from the Belle Époque. Explore the lively Ostend by bicycle, with its fishing and fashionable marina, casino, extensive waterfront promenade, and a variety of culinary offerings and shopping opportunities. Alternatively, you can reach all places on the Belgian coast by tram. The stop is within walking distance.
Take trips to the unique Bruges with its picturesque canals and historic buildings that transport you to the Middle Ages (our tip: visit the "Historium" or visit the more urban Ghent. (our tip: free parking via Park and Ride. Discover the sights of Europe's capital, Brussels, on a day trip. The metropolis of London is also easily accessible by ferry (Calais).

Beautiful holiday home with everything you need
We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Bredene as a family.
The holiday home offers everything you need for a vacation.
Since some days were very hot, we gladly made use of the built-in air conditioning.
The holiday park has a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, etc.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the house to the beach (Hippo Beach Bar).
Mr. Beck is a very nice host. All communication (by phone as well as by email) was always very nice and full of information about the house, the park, the surroundings, etc. We were always convinced that if a problem should arise, Mr. Beck could offer a solution. Since we have vacationed in Bredene several times in recent years, we can say that Mr. Beck rents a very nice residence. If we are drawn back to Belgium, we will definitely check if we can spend our time here again. Once again, thank you very much for the lovely days in Bredene.

Perfectly equipped holiday home
Very well-maintained facility, pool ideal for children, plus playground, enclosed, furnished garden, bicycles and cart available, the kitchen has everything you need! Perfect holiday accommodation. We were there for the 6th time and not the last time.

Beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is perfectly furnished and spick and span clean. Everything you need is available.

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man so im Urlaub braucht.
Da einige Tage sehr heiß waren haben wir die eingebaute Klimaanlage sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen.
Der Ferienpark hat ein beheiztes Schwimmbad, Tennisplätze, Spielplatz etc.
Vom Haus benötigt man ca. 20min bis zum Strand ( Hippo Beach Bar )
Herr Beck ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber.
Sämtliche Kommunikation ( per Telefon sowie per Mail ) war immer sehr Nett und mit jeder Menge Infos zum Haus,Park der Umgebung etc.
Wir waren jederzeit davon überzeugt das falls ein Problem auftreten sollte Herr Beck eine Lösung anbieten könnte.
Da wir in den letzten Jahren schön öfter in Bredene Urlaub gemacht haben können wir sagen das Herr Beck ein sehr schönes Domizil vermietet.
Wenn es uns wieder nach Belgien zieht werden wir bestimmt schauen ob wir hier wieder unsere Zeit verbringen können.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief von Beginn an bestens. Wir haben zahlreiche Infos rund um die Region erhalten.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und hygienisch eingefasst. Das Haus verfügt über 1 Bad mit WC und einer zusätzlichen Gästetoilette, was durchaus Vorteile bietet. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Die Anlage verfügt über einen beheizten Pool und über diverse Tennisplätze, die sehr beliebt waren. Auch Spielplätze für Kleinkinder waren vorhanden.
Die Region bietet Vielfältigkeit an Stränden, gut ausgebauten Radstrecken und schönen Städten.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, von vollständig eingerichteter Küche über gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Erfahrung war durchweg positiv.
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.
Der Gastgeber war freundlich und aufmerksam, sorgte dafür, dass die Abwicklung reibungslos verlief.
Wir waren schon öfter in Bredene in verschiedenen Ferienhäusern im Park Zeewind 2, dieses war mit Abstand am besten gepflegtes und eingerichtetes Haus.
Daher würden wir gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es war der perfekte Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit.

Die Kommunikation mit Herrn D. Beck verlief reibungslos und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Ferienhaus war, kurz gesagt, fantastisch. Es war alles vorhanden: bequeme Betten, ein wunderschöner, offener Garten mit ganztägiger Sonne (natürlich nur, wenn sie scheint), gute Gartenstühle und Liegen.
Und auch schöne Rad- und Wanderwege: Bredene ist ein sehr schöner Badeort in der Nähe von Ostende, und De Haan war sehr schön.
Und wir waren auch in Brügge – eine tolle Radtour und eine wunderschöne Stadt.
Wir hatten wieder einmal eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche und können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen, es verdient fünf Sterne.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist in kurzer Zeit, sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Gleiche gilt für die Ortschaften bzw. die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Eine Straßenbahn bietet die Möglichkeit auch andere Ortschaften zu besuchen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.
Fahrräder stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung womit man schnell beim Einkaufen und an der Nordsee ist.
