Description
Our charming holiday home is located on the Corsican east coast, the "Costa Serena", in a quiet residential area – just 4 km from the sea.
Surrounded by a 2000 m² garden with oleander, olive, fig, and lemon trees, it offers an idyllic atmosphere for your stay.
The comfortably equipped house has mosquito screens, satellite TV, and fiber optic internet. For pleasant coolness in summer and cozy warmth during the winter months, a reversible air conditioning with a heat pump is provided.
You can enjoy your meals on the sheltered, covered terrace all year round or simply relax.
House "Casa Di Serena"
Located on the outskirts of Ghisonaccia, not far from the 4 km long road to the sea with a bike path.
50 m² house with 20 m² open mezzanine. Ground floor:
-Spacious living room with open kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and everything necessary.
-In a small storage room, there is a washing machine.
-Bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a 160 cm wide double bed.
-Bathroom with Italian shower.
-Separate toilet.
-Mezzanine: Two French double beds (140 x 200 cm). For long-term stays, we provide a desk with an office chair upon request.
Outside area:
- 20 sqm covered terrace with dining table for 6 people, Weber grill, and garden loungers.
- Lovingly maintained garden that we like to share with our guests.
- For children: a pretty playhouse, a nest swing, and a climbing tower.
- Fresh herbs and seasonal fruits such as figs, lemons, kumquats, oranges, or persimmons can be enjoyed.

Here you will find a spacious, family-friendly natural beach with free parking, where you can always find a quiet spot even in the high season. A popular hiking trail leads through this shady pine forest – ideal for nature lovers, joggers, and cyclists. Those who prefer something more active will find on the right side of Route de la Mer two holiday villages and a campsite with restaurants, bars, entertainment, and sports offerings like jet skiing, paragliding, tennis, Bybing, hiking, tree climbing, and horse riding.
During the summer months (July & August), a weekly street festival with entertainment and Corsican live music takes place in the town center.
Just a few kilometers inland begins the wildly romantic mountain landscape with numerous hiking trails for every level. In the surrounding area, there are also many opportunities to swim in crystal-clear rivers, go canyoning, or river hiking.

Beautiful little house in a great location
The holiday house is located in a quiet area and is not far from the beach. There are free parking spaces at the beach, and it was never very crowded (early September). The hosts are very friendly and are happy to provide tips for excursions. We had a very nice time there. Many thanks to the Manfredi family ?.

We highly recommend it.
We highly recommend this place. Currently, we are on a 2-week vacation with 3 children. The cottage is fantastic, clean. Beautiful, shaded terrace, the cottage has all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. Beautiful, open garden. Fantastic hosts, Julia is helpful and committed. We have made it our base for trips to the surrounding area. A different beach every day, from open ones to those located in bays. Also, trips to the mountains and bathing in streams and waterfalls. Exceptional weather, salty sea water.

Family holiday with 3 children
Dear Julie, dear André, we had 3 great weeks with you and were certainly not there the last time. The mix of beach holidays (even in high season La Pinia was wonderful and never overcrowded) and great excursions was great. Thank you for your tips, the help in organising the canyoning (highly recommended!), the supply of fruit from your beautiful garden and your hospitality. Perfect holiday address
We spent a wonderful holiday week in this holiday home. Located in a beautiful garden, the house is furnished with great attention to detail with everything you need for a perfect holiday!
