Description

Our modern and cosy holiday home offers everything holidaymakers need to feel at home and forget everyday life.
In addition to two large bedrooms, the house has a small bunk under the roof, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest WC. The living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen has a direct view of the water and the terrace, which is equipped with a seating area, 2 sun loungers and a large awning.

From breakfast in the morning to barbecues in the evening, you can enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace with a comfortable bathing ladder into the clean water.

The house is equipped with every comfort. The kitchen has a freezer, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a Senseo and filter coffee machine. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones. An iron, hairdryer and washing machine are also available.

The living room is cosy and stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The stone flooring and modern furniture create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

In addition to the "swimming pool" in front of the door, there is a dinghy with a 5 HP motor (licence-free) (200 €/week), kayak, stand-up boards and various bicycles as well as 2 e-bikes (120 €/week) for your leisure time fun.

There is a car park right next to the house.

The house is a non-smoking accommodation and offers an allergy-friendly environment. WLAN is available throughout the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Lemmer is a cosy little fishing village on the edge of the IJsselmeer with around 10,000 inhabitants in the Dutch province of Friesland.

Its most famous attraction is the world's largest steam pumping station, which is still in operation and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In the centre of Lemmer there are many small shops and restaurants by the water, which can also be visited by boat or bicycle.

Lemmer's large sandy beach is also always worth a visit.

In addition to swimming, boating and cycling, hiking in the surrounding area is one of the many ways to get active.
