Enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wir hatten schöne Tage in Stinjan, die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen jedoch deutlich nicht erfüllt.
Mehrere Punkte haben uns besonders enttäuscht:
- Die auf meineferienhausmiete.de zugesicherte kostenfreie Stornierung bis 2. August wurde laut Vermittlungsagentur nicht eingehalten. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine kostenlose Stornierung nur bei höherer Gewalt möglich sei.
- Das Haus wird als „brandneu“ beschrieben, wirkt jedoch keineswegs so. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise sehr einfach und instabil.
- Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir im gesamten Haus zahlreiche lange, weiße, gekräuselte Haare vor, die den Eindruck erweckten, dass zuvor ein Hund im Haus war.
- In einem Schlafzimmer fehlten beim Boxspringbett Matratze und Topper.
- Die Unterkunft liegt relativ abgelegen. Ohne Auto sind Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur schwer erreichbar.
- Wichtig zur Lage: Das Haus liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens Pula. Je nach Flugverkehr ist insbesondere tagsüber mit deutlich wahrnehmbarem Fluglärm zu rechnen.
Fazit: Stinjan selbst ist schön, aber die Unterkunft entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht der Darstellung und schon gar nicht dem Preisniveau. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier eindeutig nicht.

Excellent experience
It was more then pleasant time spent at Vila. Everything in brand new shape and mornings were lovely. Position of Vila is perfect as well so you can enjoy in Instria with full pation.

Beautiful holiday home near the beach
We were allowed to call Villa Meri our "home" for 2 weeks, and no wishes were left unfulfilled! We traveled as a family with 3 sons (one 18 and two teenagers 13 & 16) and a dog. We had been searching for a house that met all our wishes and needs and was also available for a fair price. Here we found what we were looking for. The house is great, it is spacious, modernly furnished, clean, and you have your privacy here. Each double room has its own bathroom, so there were never any shortages here. The private pool was great; we used it daily. There is even a whirlpool function. Our boys were thrilled with the "gaming room," which had a PlayStation with 2 games and gaming chairs. There was also a dartboard and a foosball table. The house is about a 15-minute drive from Pula, but it is also possible to take the bus. The beach is reachable on foot via a cross-country path in about 10 minutes. In the evening, the route via the road is a bit longer, taking about 20 minutes on foot. The local beach is also easily accessible by car. Stinjan has a very nice dog beach, which our dog loved. There are many great beaches and excursion destinations in the area, all reachable with a short travel time. A tennis court, a very good grill restaurant, and small supermarkets and bakeries are also within walking distance. The contact with the landlords Marco and Samantha worked great; when we had a question, we received a very quick response. Both were very friendly and had many good tips for us. We really enjoyed our time in Stinjan and are now returning home relaxed and with many great impressions. Thank you for the lovely days in Villa Meri! We would love to come back!

Top accommodation
We were very satisfied with our stay at the holiday home in Croatia. The location is perfect, only 500 meters from the beach – ideal for a relaxing vacation. The facilities are great, and we especially liked the beautiful pool with bubbles. A small suggestion for improvement would be that more cutlery and dishes could be available to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the holiday home!
