Located in the peaceful countryside of Ricadi is this independent villa in Calabria, in the most evocative stretch of coast, between Tropea and Capo Vaticano. In a charming place of 3.00 hectares of Mediterranean plants, oranges, tangerines, lemons, cedars, exotic fruits.
This magnificent villa consists of two apartments that despite being one above the other have separate entrances. It has 7 bedrooms, some with air conditioning. and is ideal for large families or a group of 14 people
Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, a beautiful garden with barbecue, large panoramic terrace, parking, a living room with fireplace and TV, 2 complete kitchens equipped with all comforts.
We are only 300 meters from the city center, where you can find a number of restaurants, bars, places to shop. The beach is only one km away.
The privileged location allows our guests to spend a healthy holiday, in the name of a rural, gastronomic and naturalistic tourism. You can rest, swim in the nearby beaches or make interesting excursions along the coast and inland. Comfortable in all seasons.
The nearest airport is Lamezia Terme which is only 50 km away.

paradise with a beautiful pool, friendly and very far (interviews of green spaces, sorting waste, etc.) The villa sits on a plot with gate field, against a lot of mosquitoes at night geographical .Situation perfect for beaches and staff the town of Tropea.

Never been in Calabria, definitely worth it. The villa is beautifully situated in a beautiful area, right in a piece of wood with a few other villas 's so pretty much privacy. A swimming pool is shared with the other 3 villas' s. 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room plus an unprecedented large garden with pizza oven and barbeceu make this home heeeeerlijk. The town of San Domenica where the villa is located is very small, and not very special. Car is really necessary, the first beach is so "n 700 meters far, style down and you come to a lido with large parking facility. Small beach, very cozy. The setting is beautiful, towns like Santa Maria, Vibo Valentia and Tropea are worth a visit. 1 disadvantage There are many mosquitoes at the Villa, so a portion of anti-mosquito stuff take is definitely recommended.

Wonderful holiday, enjoyed the large garden, lovely pool, beautiful views, not to mention the fantastic pizza oven! Village within walking distance has everything you need and Tropea (further) is beautiful and offers plenty of restaurants and bars. Recommended!
