Our house is located in picturesque Rovinj, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach (250 m), in the quiet and preferred district of Borik (“Pine Forest”) with single-family and holiday homes and lots of greenery.
The holiday house A4+1 is suitable for 4 to 5 people. It is a semi-detached house with a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette (incl. Refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic stove, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cooking and dining utensils, kitchen towels, etc.), guest WC and a large terrace with garden furniture and sun umbrellas with direct access to the garden. On the upper floor there are two double rooms each with a 160 × 200 cm bed, a bathroom with window (bathtub with shower, toilet, washbasin) as well as a large balcony. WiFi Internet

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in Borik, one of the preferred districts of Rovinj with single-family and holiday homes and a lot of forest. Daily supplies are provided by a supermarket 150 meters away as well as a fruit and vegetable stand. The farmers' market (daily), fish market, as well as other shops and supermarkets are located in the city center. Several restaurants are within walking distance of our house, as well as on the beach. The old town of Rovinj is 2.5 km away and can be easily reached in about 25 minutes on foot. It can be reached in 5 minutes by car, or 10-15 minutes by bicycle, or 25-30 minutes on foot along the scenic coast.
The Val de Lesso beach is easily accessible within a few minutes on foot, either along the forest path through the village. It is surrounded by pine trees that provide shade during the summer heat. The view of the old town and Figarola Island is great. It is mostly a pebble and stone beach with easy access to the water, making it very suitable for children. The beach is newly equipped with showers and changing rooms, as well as a children's playground in the shade of old pines. There is a beach bar with live music in the evening, the well-known Blue restaurant, and some snack bars. Part of the beach is specifically designated as a dog beach, where bathing with dogs is allowed. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will reach the Family Hotel Amarin with its beautifully landscaped gardens and playgrounds, sports activities, a boat rental, a bicycle rental, and much more.
On the same property, there is also our 2-room holiday apartment A2+2 (2-4 persons) and the studio S2 (2 persons).

Cancellation terms:
For a reservation, we request a deposit of 20% of the agreed price, payable within 7 days to our bank account. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, if possible, we will offer you an alternative date (including in the following year). It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself from cancellation costs. The remaining payment is due in cash upon arrival.

Accommodation prices vary seasonally - cottage A4+1 from 80 to 170 euros, flat A2+2 from 60 to 120 euros, studio S2 from 45 to 68 euros. The rental price per day and unit includes all utilities (electricity, air conditioning, WiFi, etc.), bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus final cleaning 50 euros for A4+1, 40 euros for A2+2, 30 euros for S2 (payable once).
