House SAMSA is situated in the quiet residential area “Borik” (“Pinewood”), an area abundant in trees and flower filled gardens, on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, only 250 m from the beach. Our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are very welcome.
The 3-room-holiday home A4+1 is suitable for 4 to 5 people. It is a semi-detached house with separate entrance. It consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with pull-out sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, ceran-stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking and dining utensils, kitchen towels etc.), a toilette (WC and washbasin) and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas and direct approach to the garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms each with a 160×200 cm bed, a bathroom with window (bathtub with shower, toilette, washbasin), as well as a big balcony.

Location and surroundings of object
Rovinj – the pearl of the Adriatic coast, is one of the most beautiful towns in whole Croatia. Situated on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, it has mild climate, lots of sunny days, warm sea and beautiful coastline with more than 16 islands.
Borik is a residential area of Rovinj with family houses with gardens and lots of trees. There is no through traffic (dead end streets), so it is quiet and family-friendly. There is a small supermarket and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand, where you can get your daily supplies only 150 m away. There are also a few restaurants within the walking distance of our house, as well as restaurants by the sea. The old town of Rovinj is 2,5 km away and can be easily reached in ca. 5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bike or 25-30 minutes’ walk at pedestrian path alongside the scenic coast.
The Val de Lesso beach is easily reached on foot in only a few minutes, either along the forest path of through the village. It is surrounded with pine trees that offer the shade during summer heat. The view of the old town and the island of Figarola is magnificent. It is mostly pebble and stone beach, with easy access to water that make it very suitable for children. The beach is newly equipped with showers and changing rooms, as well as children´s playground in the shadow of old pine trees. There is a beach bar with live music in the evening, the well known restaurant Blue and snack bars next to the beach. One part of the beach is explicitly pet-friendly, dogs are allowed. Only a few minutes’ walk further along the cost, you reach the Family Hotel Amarin with its wonderfully landscaped gardens, children playgrounds, sport activities, rent-a-boat, rent-a-bike, beach and water sports and much, much more.

Cancellation terms:
- Bei einer Reservierung bitten wir um Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des vereinbarten Preises, zahlbar binnen 7 Tage auf unser Bankkonto. Die Anzahlung ist nicht erstattbar. Im Stornierungsfall, falls möglich, werden wir Ihnen einen Ersatzermin anbieten (auch im Jahr danach). Es empfiehlt sich, eine Reiserücktrittversicherung abzuschließen um sich von Stornierungskosten zu schützen. Die Restzahlung erfolgt bei Ankunft in bar.

Accommodation prices vary seasonally - cottage A4+1 from 80 to 170 euros, flat A2+2 from 60 to 120 euros, studio S2 from 45 to 68 euros. The rental price per day and unit includes all utilities (electricity, air conditioning, WiFi, etc.), bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus final cleaning 50 euros for A4+1, 40 euros for A2+2, 30 euros for S2 (payable once).
